In my experience Sean Druyon is the most unethical, unprofessional and inept man I have ever come across. Sean Druyon is currently facing criminal charges due to his laziness related to my case. This can be verified by contacting the Bountiful Police. He expected me to do the majority of the work that I was paying him to do and released a protected interview to me so that I could create a chart of inconsistent statements and to prepare evidence binders at my cost for court. Instead of working on cases, he spends his time in the emergency room with high blood pressure, migraines, eye disease, which he will send you pictures of via text message, back pain and on Facebook looking for the next Mrs. Druyon-he has multiple Facebook accounts where he publicly states his intentions. He blames the client for travesties in his personal life such as a broken sewer pipe in his apartment, or his lack of sleep. He was continually rude, untruthful and completely unprepared. He did not file an updated witness list or exhibits for my trial. Sean Druyon admitted on record during court that he was negligent in my case, and admitted he was ineffective counsel due to his own personal health issues, I also have the audio recordings from the court, reflecting his statements. Sean Druyon made false statements in response to a bar complaint I filed with the Office Of Professional Conduct and I was able to provide audio recorded evidence of his false statements. Sean Druyon conducts himself in a way that would make a normal person believe that Sean has some sort of mental illness and sends emails or texts about his limited mental capacity to deal with anything. His behavior is concerning as he goes from anger to tears in a matter of minutes. He attempts to use religion to request grace when it is clear that he is attempting to manipulate you to excuse his poor, inexcusable behavior. Another attorney I am working with identified false advertising tactics on Sean Druyon's business website, similar in nature to his approximately 25 year old photo of himself on his website and business cards to make one believe he is a young robust new attorney that has the bandwidth to handle court cases. He will discuss his dinner parties with you, his medication list and his physical ailments instead of working on your case. He also does not disclose his health issues until after you have paid your retainer fee and then act like the diagnoses are new, when they are in fact years old. He wanted me to quit my job and come work for him, which he also lied about when communicating with the Office of Professional Conduct. He does not return phone calls and I would be surprised if he read a single email that is sent to him. He never knows anything about your case or the witnesses to be called to testify. What attorney puts a witness on the stand having no idea what they are going to testify to? Only a fool. TAKE MY ADVICE AND PROTECT YOURSELF IF YOU DO RETAIN HIM. RECORD EVERY PHONE CONVERSATION YOU HAVE WITH SEAN DRUYON, AS I DID. IT MAKES IT HARDER FOR HIM TO LIE WHEN THERE IS AUDIO AVAILABLE TO DISPUTE WHAT HE SAYS. Included are just a few of the ridiculous, unnecessary texts received by me of what you can expect your communications to be like with Attorney Sean Druyon. I would ask for a refund but know that I won't get it due to the numerous civil collection cases filed against him and he has promised other clients refunds that they have never received. We would have done better if we represented ourselves. My son was charged with object rape and sex abuse of a minor. His accuser is a habitual liar with a mother that has vendetta against men. Sean knew we had evidence that painted the victim as the true person she is but did a horrible job at representing us. He said he was friends with the prosecutor and we should look for a dismissal by the time the whole thing was over. Each month my son would travel from out of state to attend a hearing but after 5 minutes it just got pushed to another date. Sean and the prosecutor did not talk to each other during the month. They talked for a few minutes on the court dates and came back with the same hopeful response that things were going good. But it seemed like he didn't even remember our case. We told him the same thing over and over, gave him a detailed outline, and a binder full of text messages and other evidence that should have cleared him. When it all came down to it we paid $10,000 for Sean, and thousands more for travel. He pled guilty per Sean's instructions and got 270 days in jail and $4,000 in fines. The prosecutor only recommended 60 days and AP&P recommended 30 days. I think the judge had it out for Sean for delaying the process like he did and took it out on my son. You could tell that Sean the the judge did not get along. Whats more is the victim told the prosecutor that she would not be willing to testify in court. I've come to find out that if that were so then they would not have had a case and my son would have gone free. My son worked for a local church setting up for events and maintenance. He is still a virgin to this day and I wonder about his prospects for marriage and a fulfilling life. It broke my heart going to visit him in jail for over 6 months but I'm so proud of him pushing through it with the great attitude that he has. Spend your money on someone that will see you as more than a case number that only has 5 minutes on your court date to spend on you. read more

Sean was the most amazing attorney I have worked with. Yes, unfortunately I have had several prior convictions and that is why I needed to make sure I did my research before hiring him. My other attorneys didn't do squat for me. So I interviewed 8 or 9 other defense attorneys and Sean was by far the best...He listened to my situation and then provided specific things he was going to do for me to help me avoid this felony charge from sticking. He was a little pricier than some of the others, but I wanted to hire the right one this time, not the cheapest one that doesn't do anything they say. At every hearing Sean told me what the game plan was going to be and by the next hearing he would tell me what he got done and what still needed to be done (usually we were waiting for more evidence from the prosecutor that he had supeenaed). In the end Sean was able to get my case dismissed and I didn't lose my license or my job, thank goodness! I would definitely use him again (heaven forbid I get in trouble again). read more

Worst attorney we could have EVER chosen. He talked big until he took our $3,200.00 cash, after that he refused to have personal meetings, kept calling my son by his DEAD BROTHERS name, (for three months) and was looking him up by that same name and said "We have been checking the court system regularly to see if charges had been filed and they havent been " THE WHOLE TIME HE WAS LOOKING UP MY DEAD SONS RECORDS!!! Would get to court "completely UNPREPARED, and try to bluff his way while Sean went over the case. He was belligerent and condescending towards my son (whom he knew had a brain injury), Sean would get very defensive and say things like "so you think I'm not doing my job?", called my son a "punk" three times in the court hallway after we just terminated his so called "services", the sheriff even told him to calm down.. After talking with him about the specifics of my case, he told me that we had a good shot of getting the case dismissed. He was absolutely right! I initially called because Sean had the same first name as I did (dumb reason, I know). But I've never been through this before and when I spoke to Sean on the phone he was easy to talk to so I went in for a consultation. He seemed really interested in helping me out. I had been struggling with drugs for years and he and I discussed not only getting a good defense together, but also getting me some treatment with my alcoholism.
