Greg will happily take your money and tell you not to worry he will take care of you because he has been doing this for over 30 years, and you will believe it because i did. But i found out he didn't communicate enough for me to know what was happening. He showed up late to all three of my hearings. Then when the prosecutor presented the plea deal of 45 days in jail, Greg did not advocate for a better deal for me. He pressured me into making a decision in under 5 minutes , when this is a major life decision. I hired Greg Smith and Associates to write a letter requesting reimbursement for medical and vet expenses regarding a dog attack my dog and I suffered and trying to work with this firm was more painful than the bites. Greg offered to take me to lunch and then on the day of the meeting he pushed back the time to 2 and then just moved it to his office. During the consultation he spent most of the time interrupting and taking other phone calls trying to save $150 on a car repair. Since I've hired them to write the letter they've stopped communicating except to call me at the end of the day to say the letter will be done tomorrow morning. I requested my money back and I haven't heard anything since. I'll be filing a dispute with my bank. read more

I scheduled to come in to speak to Mr. Smith regarding a discrimination case. He brought me in and before even speaking to me took two lengthy calls while I was sitting there. He wouldn't listen to what I had to say so we could evaluate if there was a case or not. He said he could tell I was very distraught... I wasn't. Gave me some papers to fill out, told me it would be $299 to file, then changed it to $390 to file, and if we won he got half the money. Basically said it might get me some money and at least give me the right to "Vent." I wasn't there to "vent" nor did I want to vent, I was there to verify if per legal definition there was harassment. Very unprofessional and didn't even evaluate if setting up a case was worth the time. Basically kept harping on "Five start reviews" and to not leave without making sure if I was giving him one or not. Obviously it's an "Or not." I also find it interesting how in almost every bad review he gets he has to respond back basically pointing fingers at the client or potential clients for being wrong. Speaks volumes. Wish I had read Yelp prior to wasting my time with him. read more

I would not, under and circumstances, call this lawyer for ADA issues. First off he is shockingly rude and disrespectful. I called into the office and did a phone interview. I made an appointment. The appointment lasted an hour with a house attorney and staff. Mr. Smith arrived at that point. Immeadiately some one approached him about a potential client and he stated, " get just get rid of her, she rambles on." He turned to me asked few questions then asked, "well how did they violated the law?" My response was, "I do not know that is why I am seeking legal advice." He then stated well this is a government agency so I cannot help you, however I recommend you go to work force services. I asked how would work force services help me, they did assist with my disability claim so I know a little about them. He stated I do not know. Me, so let me get this straight, you are referring me somewhere, when you have no idea if they can help me and you do not even take cases when someone works at government agency, this is a big waste of everyone's time, that could have should be taken care of when I intially called, and I then got up and walked out. Greg smith is a criminal, he should be locked up for not only lying about his services, but also not treating you like a valued client. After my wife is a horribly distressed state was contact by mr greg he proceeded to lie to us about how he was the best in the state and that he would be behind us the entire way. Not only did he never show up to any of the court cases until the very end, he was rude to me the entire way, never treated me with respect, and didnt even look at my police report until six months in!
