I had an unfortunate experience with a previous mechanic that left me with some unnecessary extra costs with a car I was in the middle of selling. They were very sympathetic and kept the cost as low as possible while explaining why each part/step was required along the way. Their knowledgable communication made me feel like I could trust them entirely, which was tough in the face of the skepticism created from my previous experience at a different shop. I can not recommend this crew enough. They went above and beyond!

Got my dodge journey fixed here... when I picked it up, the family pulled up in their dodge journey, & started grabbing THEIR things, such as DVDs, Burger King garbage (no Burger King located in strathmore btw) and toys out of MY VEHICLE. Also had at least 5,000 km added. Not long later, I had to bring my vehicle in due to shaking.... to find out my front right inner and outer tie rods AND ball joint was LOOSE. They let me drive away with loose parts. Later I realized there was a Walmart bag in the back labeled in the back "do not remove from car" and was an opened half used pack of red SOLO cups and napkins. RECENTLY, I noticed my spare tire tool kit/ tire jack that came with my car (with a specially fitted spot for the back under the storage) was also missing. They also tried pulling out my internally installed Bluetooth + Connect. (Which they left hanging b/c they ruined placement). I believe they were stealing piece of my car for their own family car. Also, there is a weird paint sprayed all over the drivers side and roof of my car, when I questioned it they tried to say it was battery acid (due to accident), but there was no such marks prior to bringing it in. Which now is chipping & ruining actual paint. Please save yourself time + money, go anywhere else.

They got on the computer and phone right away and even took a picture of my vin to make sure it was the right spark plug wire set for my car as i had a misfire with a faulty wire. Part arrived in a hour from Calgary i changed it out and was on my way home. Thankyou to all the staff for taking the time for helping me out which could of turned in to a serious problem. I've had to do it twice in the last year and a half and both times I went through Strathmore Motor Products and they've been absolutely awesome. The first time, I treated myself to a new Equinox and team made sure that the process was as seamless as possible. Unfortunately, it was stolen. Seems a common story lately, doesn't it? Sigh. So, I went back to see what they could do for me. From discussing options, to finance to working with insurance and transition to a new vehicle, Strathmore Motor Products have gone above and beyond. Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal and have helped me immensely. You don't get that type of service or customer care in the city. Chris, Clarence and Mike have been so good to me. If you're looking for a vehicle, consider taking a drive out to Strathmore. They will put you into a vehicle you'll love and it will be a great experience. Go see them. Really. Do it!

I would never recommend Dented to anyone after the experience I had…read more Following a severe hailstorm, my headlight completely failed. The housing filled with condensation and the entire headlight system stopped working low beam, high beam, turn signal, parking light, DRL all gone. I made it clear from the start that there was no visible crack, just internal failure, which Dented's own tech confirmed can happen from hail. That should have been enough. Instead, I was told the repair would be approved. Based on that, I canceled my dealership appointment at Mercedes Lonestar and waited. A full week went by with no communication. Then suddenly, I was told by Toniko, a decision-maker not even based in Calgary, that my headlight repair was denied because "there was no visible damage" and "it didn't seem likely hail caused it." Let me be clear that wasn't just a poor decision, it was a judgment call that questioned my honesty. I had been transparent about the details from day one. For Dented to suggest the damage wasn't consistent with hail despite every symptom lining up, and despite TD Insurance being fully prepared to cover it felt like a slap in the face. Worse still, Dented refused to even submit an estimate for the headlight to TD. That's the only reason the claim was shut down. Logan at Dented confirmed the part needed replacing and just needed photos, but apparently even that wasn't enough to move things forward within their own team. As a result, I wasted two weeks, canceled and rebooked service appointments, and I'm now paying out of pocket to fix something that was absolutely related to hail damage. The communication breakdown, the delays, the refusal to act, and the unspoken accusation that I misrepresented what happened it was completely unacceptable. If you value your time, your money, and your integrity do not use Dented.

I dropped off a Harley DYNA front fender with a dent right on top in the centre. Terrible spot…read moremental thick not like a car fender. Said they would do there best to try not to chip the paint. We have started and finished our camping season here for the passed 3 years. Even in the spring…read moresnow.... Friendly staff, and very well maintained grounds and clean bathrooms. A small fee for the showers, and laundry on site, as well and a dump station. They are pet friendly, with a city run off leash area right beside the grounds. They are close to downtown Cochrane and a short drive to Calgary and Banff. Nice bike paths and the sports center is right outside the gates.

Bathroom very clean $2 for shower. Also Washing machine very clean $3 per machine 25 minutes for wash. 50 minutes for dry. I am very impressed with walking tail. Because the campground near river very nice. All staff here very friendly also. Love this place.
