The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE…read more Very Disappointed With the Quality of Work I brought my car to this body shop for repairs and unfortunately have had to return three separate times because issues were either left unresolved or came up after the repair. After the initial repair, they left a rattle in the door panel and another rattle coming from the wheel that I could actually feel through the steering wheel. I brought the car back a second time. They fixed the door-panel rattle, but the issue with the wheel was not fixed. About a month later, the paint on the bumper they repaired started chipping off. I brought the car back for a third time to address the paint issue and the ongoing wheel rattle. They did fix the paint, but once again, the wheel rattle was not repaired. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. The amount of time and inconvenience I've spent returning the vehicle for issues that should have been properly addressed the first time has been extremely frustrating.
