Now I needed their service again for the year in 2020 but I guess they got new staff or something because they tried telling me they couldn't do and have never done heavy starch on my shirts. The lady said what the employees probably did was take it in as "heavy starch" and just performed dry cleaning instead. I disputed for a little bit but I wasn't getting through to her so I decided I'll just have them do dry cleaning and see how that goes. When I picked my shirts I was not surprised when my shirts didn't look anything like they used to when I brought them in before. They were flimsy, wrinkled after the first day of wearing. The lady can tell me I'm wrong all she wants but clearly starch was being used on my previous visits. I guess I'll just wash and iron my own shirts from since I can get the same results they just did anyways. Lost me as a customer.
