When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. I was dropping off an item to be cleaned, and I asked what the price would be (approximately). The lady said she couldn't tell me the price until I picked it up - She said the system won't let her. Huh?! So I have to trust that AFTER you complete a service, you're not gonna charge an obscene amount?! That's not how business works... Prices are up-front. Besides, don't most cleaners give you the option to pay in advance anyway? Ridiculous. I told her that the last time I came, they were able to price it for me beforehand. Eventually, she got really irritated, snatched my garment (a sweater), and huffed away, saying that she'd "just do it right now." I had no idea what she was going to go do - It was so sudden (and rude) that I just stood there while she disappeared behind the wall. After a few minutes, she came back with a price and a confusing, disjointed explanation about why she couldn't do that from the get-go. The other issue I had with her was at pickup... I dropped it off on a Monday - She told me it would be ready Wednesday. I had asked if I could pick it up at 1:30. She said it would be ready at 4:00. I explained that I had an event to go to that evening and really needed to pick it up at 1:30. She ended up telling me she would just put it down as a rush. Fast-forward to Wednesday at approximately 1:25... Much to my good fortune, I was met with the same woman when I arrived to pick up my sweater. She told me that I was late. I looked at her confused, and she said, "Yeah, you were supposed to pick it up Tuesday. Right?" No... I had to replay the entire conversation to her. This lady is going to hurt business, if she isn't already. Furthermore, they had inexplicably folded my sweater over the hanger (the same way you would hang pants) instead of hanging it up the normal way like any other top. This left a very noticeable crease, so I had to take time to iron it at home before I could wear it to my event. Just a poor experience overall. Think I'll try a different cleaners next time.

Went it to speak to them, and the immediate response was that I must have brought them in that way, and we must have moths in our home. How could you remember me bringing in these exact pants and remember seeing holes in them and not mention anything after saying that you normally call when you see something like this? Ever had a cleaners intentionally write on your clothing?…read more I'll start by saying I am not upset. However, I never have been to a cleaners where you have to tell them not to write on your fabrics. Every piece of clothing (except one) was written on with my last name, including my girlfriend's clothing as well. I thought it was odd. I took it to them asking to get it removed, they blamed me for not requesting them to not write on the clothing. And i quote "without the writing, the clothing could become lost. Rare for them but it's a safety precaution" I pay money to have my valuable clothes cleaned professionally because I care about my clothes. I do not in any fashion wish to alter the clothes inside or out & certainly not with writing. With no apologies given, I picked up the piece of clothing they removed the name on & told them I would take my business elsewhere after being told they would not be responsible if my clothes became lost due to not being able to write on them. Typically i understand and empathize as it relates to unforeseen circumstances, but in this instance everyone of the persons i came in contact were not only not helpful but seemingly unknowledgeable of company procedures. So on June 27th i bought some clothing from Macy's in the Woodlands and i specifically chose it because Hugo Boss was having a World cup/ promo in-store event, my personal shopper worked with me to find those items for 2 hours. I happen to purchase a Boss set, joggers with a polo specifically matched as an ensemble, which brings me to my tale of whoa. On June 29-or 30th i brought the items to be cleaned before the 4th to the Arlington location, as I've done many times before dropped off my bag, gave my phone number and walked out as normal, returned on the 2nd and was told the clothing was not ready and might not be until after the 4th...ok i can live with that, returned after receiving a text...only 1 item out of 4 presented....then from there it was piece meal returned until 1 item is missing after explaining the item, after providing a receipt, after explaining what it looked like, after giving them the cost, after returning over the last 28 days, they knew who has the shirt but explain they can't get it back, asked me to take half the value of the shirt that was 5 days old and paired with a specific outfit, then every single person involved explained they know nothing and Milly was the only person that can help. I spoke with Milly 3 weeks ago and hadn't heard from her since. Today i officially had had enough of the avoidance, obfuscation and lack of identifiable processes or procedure or customer service in such an issue like this and had to accept that a designer shirt was errantly sent to a customer and unable to be recovered despite video evidence it's me who looses...the errant customer get's a free designer shirt, Millers get's to lowball me on the cost because, i get to see if i can find the replacement again at a marked up price, i guess i should be happy they didn't loose the whole thing.....i said ALL of that to say MILLERS CUSTOM CLEANERS DO BETTER TRAIN people on how to deal with unhappy or disgruntled customers and not to feel victimized because you guys have made the mistake...it's a part of accountability....I will never bring my business back and i would hope if you read this and work hard for your money and buy clothes you take care of you'd hope the cleaners will do the same.
