Had to go back 3 times. Posted pictures of what they did to my jeans. Terrible experience. They acted like it was my fault because my jeans are lighter in color??? What a joke. No mention of any future discount or anything due to the fact i had to go back multiple times after they supposedly fixed them only to come back and see they still hadnt gotten the stians out from the starch. The stains shown are 100% from the cleaners. I only took them in to be starched and pressed. They were not dirty at all, in fact, they were clean when i took them in. Beware. read more

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! I took my $400 down comforter to these peopleand the guy that works here but a staple thru it. This guy made up every excuse in the book before admitting to doing this. Then I called the main cleaners and they wanted me to waste my time and bring in the comforter so they can see the damage...BUT they ddon't even clean down comforters. So my entire time there was completely wasted by the idiots they have working behind the counter. Then the shorts I dropped off for repair cost $22 to have a zipper reattached. $22 and you ruined my down comforter. This place is a JOKE!! read more

Although I have only used them for the past 8 months (and new to the area) they have done a great job with our clothes. The only problem I have experienced at the Willow Park location are the employees. I have never gone in there when I have been greeted me with a smile, how are you, thank you or have a nice day. I have experienced an attitude unfriendliness to the point of being completely rude. I definitely leave there feeling like they are doing me a favor. A little show of appreciation for their customers would go a very long way! read more

Brought in a $5k collectible vintage Gianni Versace S/S 1991 silk/wool jacket and they ruined the value. They didn't even tell me anything was wrong when I picked it up. The jacket wasn't flawed at all, wasn't even dirty, when I brought it to them. It only smelled of perfume from being worn and I asked to have it freshened to remove the smell. Not only does it smell the exact same as when I brought it in but both large buttons on the cuffs are missing. There is also fading in spots that wasn't there before. Big lesson in typical dry cleaning. I will avoid dry cleaning again at all costs! This was at the store on Main St. but I think they all get picked up and taken to be cleaned at the same facility. read more

I recently took a specialty shirt to Lott Cleaners in Willow Park, TX. When I got home with the shirt, I noticed 4 buttons had been ripped off of it. When I took it back the worker there said one was already off when I brought it, but she forgot to make note of that. Funny to me she remembered one was off, but did not know that 3 others were missing. She had me leave the shirt and said there was no manger at that location. She said they had lots of buttons and they would put back on. Keep in mind these buttons are special -- no on asked me if I minded them using any old button. After going back to pick up the shirt, she didn't know where it was. Owner at another location only is there until 2:30 each day -- no return call from them. Finally today I pick up my shirt -- guess what 2 buttons don't match the others -- not how I entrusted the shirt to them. No return call from owner or sorry -- just a note on the tag saying all buttons would have to be removed before dry cleaning again and to sew them back would cost me $10.00 each time. No refund of the original dry cleaning either. I'll have to find another cleaners as their customer service was lacking when they made a mistake. It's all in how a business handles a mistake that they make and this one failed. Really no stars should be given. read more
