They were nice to me. I had 5 shirts to get cleaned. They said $2.15 at least. Anyway. When I got there a woman was telling the new girls that her friend had dropped off some clothes but they could not find them. They lady had no receipt. No name was in the system and this was the only place she ever brought them to. It too forever. The other girl was promising two guys she wld fix a jacket and deliver it personally. Drama queens! My wife and I used to work on Camp Bowie and starting using Camp Bowie Cleaners years ago. They do an incredible job on drying cleaning and laundry items. Other cleaners we've used in the past constantly break the buttons on my starched shirts. Neither one of us works in the Camp Bowie area anymore and we live on east side of Fort Worth. To be sure, it wasn't a great first impression, but I'd be willing to give them another shot. Impressively professional after an honest mistake. They lost our pants. Somehow, we still had to pay for them to be cleaned when they promised they would call when the customer who had taken our pants home brought them back. In less than an hour, they found our pants, had them brought back, and stayed (after closing) so that we could come and get them. They were genuinely apologetic, and made it right. read more

Great service...one day turn around. I've been in Ft. Worth for business the past week or so and stayed over the weekend. I brought in my dry cleaning in the morning and it was done and ready by 5 PM. I ended up being late to pick it up and even as the employees were closing the door, they let me in and helped me even after closing out the register. It really saved me a hassle. This place is amazing!! Admittedly, I am probably the PICKIEST dry cleaning customer ever....I would constantly take clothes back to dry cleaners because they missed spots that should have been removed (often I had even marked the spots for them, and they were still missed). The first time I used Camp Bowie Cleaners, I marked the spots for them, and everything was perfect! The second time around, I purposefully didn't mark any spots as a test (I told you I was picky), and everything was PERFECTLY dry cleaned!! No spots (even the smallest ones were gone), and everything was perfectly pressed. I was impressed!! (And the prices are very reasonable on top of all that.) I've had a hard time finding a good dry cleaner, but I'm glad I've finally found one! I will be a customer for life (or at least as long as I live in Fort Worth)!!! read more

Be very very careful.... they overcharge you if you are not careful. I was charged $6.00 to launder a mans shirt. It happens over and over again... each time they get caught it's always the same excuse that it was an accident. The quality is ok but I'm sick of having to be so careful. Tried these cleaners after my regular one closed. They're nice, to be sure, but the pressing jobs have been pretty terrible. After requesting light starch, twice they've come back like cardboard, with big creases and molted places ironed into every shirt. For a second time I had to re-iron them when I got home, which is nearly impossible due to the heavy starch. I will be looking for another cleaners. read more

Dry cleaner ruined 2 brand new shirts and only offered me 25 dollars for them both. I had to return 3 times to talk to the manager but finally ended up calling her directly. They also will get on to you about not unbuttoning your shirts which I would think is part of their job. Would not recommend going here unless you like your clothes ruined and terrible customer service. read more

So I've been looking for a higher quality cleaners in my area and decided to try this cleaners based on the Yelp reviews. While this a good cleaners, know that they are on the pricier side. I brought work dresses in for cleaning and they labeled them "long dresses" because they come at or below my knee. This label of course comes with a higher price. The major issue I had however, was that I dropped off a garment that needed a zipper replaced. The attendant and I specifically discussed that I would be contacted with pricing before services were rendered. When I went to pick up my dry cleaned items, my garment had been repaired - you guessed it - with no advance call. I wasn't in the mood to put up a big fuss at the time so I paid for the repair however if I had prior pricing, I definitely would have elected to have the zipper on my garment replaced elsewhere (I paid $29 for zipper replacement and cleaning). I would definitely recommend this cleaners for dry cleaning of your more expensive items but take caution when having items repaired with no prior pricing estimates. read more

Comet Cleaners is a bit on the pricey end in comparison to others in the area. I dropped a duvet cover off to be dry cleaned and returned to pick it up in the requested 5 days. It wasn't ready on time. I returned a full week later and they couldn't find it. After I continued to not receive a promised phone call, I called three weeks later and was told it would be ready that day. They refused to comp the service, so I won't be returning given the plethera of other options in the area. read more

I am so glad I read the reviews here before going by here today with "my huge bag" of dry cleaning; that includes 3 repairs. I see the repair here is expensive...and also they charge for a long dress when it falls at the knee, another cleaner did this to me and I refuse to allow that. Especially when I am 5'9 and dresses that fall to the knee of shorter people working in these establishments, for me it falls above the knee! I think this is ridiculous and unfair, and price gouging when the length should be determined by the person wearing it, not the height of the attendant...who is usually asian or Indian and shorter by ethnicity. I will just make the drive to Reino Cleaners in Grand Prairie! They fix loose hems, repair buttons and little things like this...FOR FREE. If they find a missing button or loose hem that you didn't know about...they will either call you or fix it and the work looks as if it was supposed to be that way...and I am the pickiest person in the world, wanting what I pay for and a high level of service/quality!! They are an EXCELLENT dry cleaners. Being a avid business traveler and being that I dry clean very fine clothes like DVF, Burberry, Kate Spade & Dior...I expect my things to be cleaned correctly and I expect a certain level of service! I like MW in the Houston area, for anyone familiar with them...Reino Cleaners is on the same level, if not a notch above. read more
