We have used Dry Clean City for about seven years to the tune of about $100 a month. I just took a brand new white coat to see about getting it cleaned - there was a spot on the sleeve. I picked the coat up and they charged me $20. I took the coat back and asked to look at the spot again because it was still there and I wanted to make sure they had seen it to focus the cleaning upon that spot. They took it and when I went to pick it back up, they charged me another $13. The spot is still there! I told the guy, I just paid $20 for this two days ago. You want me to pay another $13. and the spot is still there. He then said, "I told you that when you dropped it off." I responded back, "You weren't even here, you didn't tell me anything." He quickly left the room - he had been caught in a lie - but they charged me the $13. Here's the conclusion he's gonna lose $1200 a year to get his $13. Over the last seven years he's been paid around $7,000. He got his $13 but he's lost $7,000. What a brilliant businessman he is. I prefer to deal with men that have integrity. I perfer to deal with people who care about customers. I'm looking for a new dry cleaners now. Does anyone know a good one? This one is lacking in leadership, character and customer service. I should've read the reviews before coming here as it appears I'm not the only one who has experienced such terrible service! I took a suit here to be dry cleaned and when I went to pick it up the inside seams were shredded in three spots. The suit was clearly not handled gently and they are refusing to take responsibility. I immediately told them to fix it and they said to come back after the weekend and when I did it had not been touched. They then told me to come back by the end of the week and same thing, it was not finished. For a third time, they told me to come back after the weekend and when I came back it was not finished. And the fourth time, they told be come back on Friday and it was STILL not done, nor in the office. This has been ongoing for THREE WEEKS and I have yet to be told what the status is on my suit or WHERE it even is. I asked for the owners number and have been calling for at least a week now and have not gotten through to them. I am always told that they will call back later in the day and they never have. This is unacceptable customer service and I am now having to get small claims court involved! This has caused so much chaos for me, as I have another wedding to attend in a week that is out of state. Looks like they not only ruined my suit but have cost me a plane ticket, too. Simply put: DO NOT go here! read more

I submitted a set of items and in my set I had a really nice shirt that I had only worn once, being that I bought it a couple days ago. I turned it in with no stains, just hoping to get a decent cleaning from normal wear. When I received my items, at first it appeared all was well. However that night when I tried on my shirt I noticed a bright pink stain all along my sleeve that previously did not exist. Highly disappointed. read more

Manager does not care if they lose your dry cleaning, and refuses to even talk about it when recurrent issue. Front staff nice but they just work there and it is out of their power to change management process. read more

This Dry "Cleaners" seems to pride itself in NOT cleaning your cloths. Sent in three shirts with stains and expressly pointed out the location and type of stain. Received all three back in the exact same stained condition that they were when dropped off. The very rude female attendant seemed to take glee in insisting that I pay for them as that was what she claimed was the store "policy". The owner turned out to be completely inaccessable. What a surprise, right? Avoid this place like the plague. read more

My wife took her work uniforms here several times only because it was next to our apartments. Bad choice. She works in a strict prison where uniforms need to be on point every single day. Today we picked up her BDU's and not only did they use hardly starch(no surprise,considering they're barely ever starched enough) and they created a second crease in the arms and they creased up the patches sewed on. We specifically say every single time,not to mess with the patches. They offered to fix the patches,but were very rude and not sincere when the girl just said,oh..want us to fix it? Terrible service, dropped off a new shirt (zero stains) October 2018. When i picked it up I noticed a stain on the front of the shirt. The shirt was sent back for cleaning 4 different times, it always came back the same. Even tried to charge me again. It was sent back a 5th time, and this time i was assured they would get the stain out. When i wen to pick up my shirt, they could not locate it. I have been told approximately 9 different times the owner/manager would call, but no one ever does. Have made 5 trips to the store after the shirt disappeared, made a few phone calls as well and still no shirt and the person that can help me is not around when i get off work and will not call me. My husband went there last Monday to drop three of our coats; he picked them up on Thursday evening. On Friday morning when I pulled the coats out of their bags, I found the coats the same exact way as when he dropped them- full of dog hair (we have a pug puppy) and with the very same easy-to-remove stains. On Friday evening after work, we went to return the coats to get them cleaned because apparently they never even touched them- they only placed them in bags and hangers. Upon our arrival, I tried being polite when first approaching the girl in the counter, however, without even listening to what I had to say, she called on two other VERY RUDE teenager girls and all three of them almost attacked us because apparently they thought we had dirtied our coats again in less than 24 hours and wanted to get free service and scam them or something. I told them about the hair and instead one of the girls said they wouldn't be able to remove the stains. My husband literally scratched off the chocolate stain with his nail in front of her face to prove those were not hard-to-remove stains. She just replied with an uptight face, "I'm just letting you know about our policy, so you don't expect anything else." I need to mention that never did any of the three girls apologized for the inconvenience or did they treat us with any manners. I have taken coats to dry clean in Mexico where dry cleaning is extremely cheap and I had never encountered any problems. We are supposed to pick up our coats tomorrow (Monday), but we're never going back to this awful place. read more

High risk of Negligence, and Poor customer service. These cleaners ruined a pair of $100 slacks due to negligence. A different customer had an ink pen in their jacket and when they cleaned a bulk of clothing all the pen busted and got ink stains on all the clothes ALL due to negligence on their part. It took over two weeks of me calling and going to the dry cleaners (6 times) before I got an answer on how I would be compensated for their mistake. They are only offering 10% of the cost to replace my slacks, the dry cleaner owner "will only cover 10% since the slacks were not brand new." I invest in higher quality clothing so they will last and I take these pieces to the dry cleaners to prolong the life of the clothing. Due to risk of not getting full life of my clothing, rude responses from the front desk personnel, lack of timely communication, negligence, and poor store policy due to their faulty I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Terrible service. They lost a brand new $70.00 shirt that had never even been worn. Made absolutely no attempt to make it right. I asked to receive a phone call from the manager 3+ times and wasn't even contacted. I have had to chase them around to try to make it right. They are going to give me a whopping $20.00 to replace my shirt, but expect me to make the effort to come see the manager when he is at the store. Highly recommend that you do not use this dry cleaner. read more

Awful Awful place. They messed up my comforter and it takes day and days to leave messaged with the owner, who is the only one that can resolve problems. He never called me back. He is hardly ever in his stores, so you can't track him down. He told his employee that he won't do anything about it. They are rude. He doesn't even have the nerve to call me himself. read more

Received the 2 pair of pants back pressed but not cleaned. My grey silk top had something dark brown dripped down the front of it that wasn't there when the top was dropped off. The cotton shirts we pressed with creases that don't belong. Check your items before you leave. I didn't and was very disappointed. read more

Terrible customer service when it really counted. I used this cleaner for over two years, and then within one month, they ruined two pairs of dress slacks by putting small holes in the legs. When I brought it to their attention, I was told the owner/manager would call me. I waited a week and never heard from them, so I called back. When I got to speak to the owner, he totally denied any responsibility and told me it was my fault. He tried to blame it on a cigarette burn (I don't smoke) and then he said, "well, it is the way you are wearing your pants". What a crock! He would not admit that they caused the damage. He told me I had a negative attitude. Well, he has lost a loyal customer at this point. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy after the way I was treated. read more
