I noticed when I dropped off a bedspread (that they have drycleaned multiple times over the years) that there was a new girl. There is a language barrier there and I actually left the drive-thru and parked and went inside to make sure I said 'dry cleaned" not washed. It was always the process in the past that the spread was 'sent out' and based on what day of the week I left it, it would take at the least a week to get it back, as the outside provider only came one day a week to deliver or p/u. Well I was told 3 days. (first red flag) Upon picking it up I did notice that it smelled quite nice (dry cleaned items have no fragrance) (Second red flag) and returning home I opened it and it has been washed and the lining had shrunk away from the fabric and the filling was lumpy. They had washed and dried the spread. Tag on it says Dryclean Only. I returned the next day and the gentlemen inside said it had been washed but they could fix it. Just picked it up and it is even worse. A total loss. Our guest bedroom is decorated around this spread -- pillows, curtains, pictures, paint. I explained this to the man with pictures of the bedroom, and he offered me $150 for the damages. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I had been using them since 1991. In the back you can see a 'village' of people working and he did tell me they do not outsource anything anymore. Until the new owners learn the 'art' of drycleaning I would avoid using them.

The recent owners are HORRIBLE and rude! His teenage kids are sweet and will one day be great business owners if they continue to be themselves and not turn out to be like their father. Lol. I read a different review talking about the horrible guy with the beard, that's him! He does not honor the mistakes made in his establishment. As long time weekly customers that has never complained, you would think he would try to correct an error in his work. Well just the opposite. We will miss them because majority of the work is good but when those 1 or 2 pieces get damaged, this guy does not take responsibility. By the way the ladies in the back are amazingly sweet (they've been there since the last owner). It's just the bearded owner that's a horrible business man!

I called them as soon as I realized it after business hours and they added it to the following days route and got it to me the very next day at no extra charge. I felt so bad because I think it got to my house at 8 or 9pm but they made it happen. It had clothes in there that I NEEDED for this 2 day meeting. Such an amazing company. Highly recommend!!!

They make sure that the machines are always ready to use and clean. They also have wash and fold for the same day if necessary and my parents love the pickup and delivery option. I ask if they could look for it (maybe they took it off and just forgot to put it back on). The owner immediately starts yelling at me, denying I was even a customer. When he was done I showed him my receipt.. When he had it he started telling me then how he remembers that jacket specifically never had a belt. Lol I told him he didn't need him to be defensive, I just would like for him to look. He then went to tell me it's not there... No intentions of even looking for it. There's other launder mats in the area, this one is not worth a trip. Three weeks to clean two jackets for one to come back missing the belt...

Requires a $25 dollar minimum purchase to use a credit or debit card which is not only very inconvenient, but also against MasterCard and Visa merchant agreements. The dry cleaning itself looked fine. Being asked to bring back cash since they did not want to accept plastic for my 10 dollar purchase is a little off-putting. I will not return. I would rather pay someone else a little more for the convenience of using my debit card since I do not carry any cash.

If you are unsure as to what is correct, go to any store that sells men's suits and ask. Better yet, just do a little google search. New suits (mine at least) have plackets long enough so when hemmed they will not look improper. Sewing them shut is simply incorrect and absolutely not a default choice. No one asked him to create new plackets with extra material. I did not ask him for a cheap option, and I told him to take his time. His dismissive response is misleading at best. When questioned the next day, he used measurements to try to convince me why he had no choice but to do what he did, but those numbers did not check out upon verification at home. Technicalities aside, look at the photos, and think of what other pitfalls you as a customer will need to foresee and avoid. I took the jackets to another alteration shop. As it turned out, Alex had cut out the fabric that was originally in the plackets so his mistake could not be reversed. Another unnecessary violation of a basic rule. The other new jacket, however, has been hemmed properly by her the first time, at a cost comparable to what AA+ charged for the improper and oversimplified job.

Was hoping this would be a good fit as it's so close to my home I just got. However the visit left a bad taste in our mouth. We have a wedding to attend this coming weekend and needed to pieces of clothing dry cleaned and pressed. There was a middle aged Asian man who seemed to be bothered we came in and asked what he needed in a not so friendly way. The price was a bit step for just two pieces (over $35), so my partner informed he who just do his item as mines really wasn't a necessity and asked for the price and he said nope won't do it just forget about it. Strange! We ended up leaving and going to another location near the Krogers and not only was the price fair the person there was so nice! Shame I would have brought more business to this company but being rude and just simply saying nope won't do business with you because choose to just do one item is wild.
