BROOKWOOD NEIGHBORS BEWARE! This business was sold to another entity and the family that has owned it for all these years are now back in Korea, though they kept the same name. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I noticed when I dropped off a bedspread (that they have drycleaned multiple times over the years) that there was a new girl. There is a language barrier there and I actually left the drive-thru and parked and went inside to make sure I said 'dry cleaned" not washed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was always the process in the past that the spread was 'sent out' and based on what day of the week I left it, it would take at the least a week to get it back, as the outside provider only came one day a week to deliver or p/u. Well I was told 3 days. (first red flag) Upon picking it up I did notice that it smelled quite nice (dry cleaned items have no fragrance) (Second red flag) and returning home I opened it and it has been washed and the lining had shrunk away from the fabric and the filling was lumpy. They had washed and dried the spread. Tag on it says Dryclean Only. I returned the next day and the gentlemen inside said it had been washed but they could fix it. Just picked it up and it is even worse. A total loss. Our guest bedroom is decorated around this spread -- pillows, curtains, pictures, paint. I explained this to the man with pictures of the bedroom, and he offered me $150 for the damages. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I had been using them since 1991. In the back you can see a 'village' of people working and he did tell me they do not outsource anything anymore. Until the new owners learn the 'art' of drycleaning I would avoid using them. read more

This place was amazing with the prior owner. He was personable knew us by face and would always smile and have great conversation. The work was impeccable! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The recent owners are HORRIBLE and rude![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] His teenage kids are sweet and will one day be great business owners if they continue to be themselves and not turn out to be like their father. Lol. I read a different review talking about the horrible guy with the beard, that's him! He does not honor the mistakes made in his establishment. As long time weekly customers that has never complained, you would think he would try to correct an error in his work. Well just the opposite. We will miss them because majority of the work is good but when those 1 or 2 pieces get damaged, this guy does not take responsibility. I see other positive reviews so this may be a more recent thing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I don't like leaving reviews that impact small businesses but I've given multiple chances and been disappointed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Most recently dropped of a shirt for dry cleaning with obvious stains. Came back looking worse than when I dropped it off. To be fair when I dropped it off I didn't explicitly call out the stains as I've never had to do that with other cleaners but they may have missed it as a result of my own mistake. Overall I'm going to stay away. read more

Friendly, gets the job done with no disappointment and cost friendly. Down side is they don't clean carpets but a lot of cleaners removed that service since Covid. read more

Guy with beard terrible![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Brought in several items for dry cleaning and there was one shirt I needed for an easy sewing of pocket but didn't need cleaned. Guy with glasses said no problem at most $5. Picked up items and when I got home the shirt that needed to be sewn was cleaned and safety pin on area where it was supposed to have been mended, but wasn't. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I returned a couple of hours later the guy with beard so rude then said it would have to be sent out again and $10.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No way! Total jerk, poor service and overpriced. The staff at this small business are very experienced and know what they're doing! Unlike most places where cleaners are usually new, this business offers great service at a reasonable price. One of the workers even hooked up someone I know with a deal on a leather jacket, paying the remaining $10 out of his own pocket when they settled on $35 instead of $45. The workers are fantastic. I highly recommend them, and while I might be biased, they have been incredibly reliable for me in a pinch and they are my to-go cleaners. Don't get me wrong, I know they do sometimes make mistakes, still a bit mad about some stains on a shirt that were still there on one of my pickup, but they happily offered to clean it and even offered compensation for it. read more

So I had this bright idea to do an all white room in my house. Since the implementation of this I have quickly found the need to find a reliable cleaners and so began my love for this one. Convenience: This is America and we love a good drive through. I love that I can pull up and they will grab a comforter from my backseat, give me a ticket and send me on my way. The entire interaction for a drop off took all of 2 minutes and 11 seconds. Yes ... I timed it. Customer service: The owner is amazing. He always greets me with a smile and goes out of his way to make sure I'm pleased. Value: A king comforter cleaning runs me about $30-$40. I'm sure I can likely find somewhere cheaper, but the experience here makes it worth it. read more

Best cleaners around. My husband likes all of his work attire to be professionally cleaned, so when I roll up I'm usually unloading an entire hamper or two into their baskets. They never complain, they genuinely seem happy to get the business and they're certainly efficient and organized enough to take care of it all. Over the years we've never had a lost or damaged item. There are plenty of cleaners around this area that seem bothered by a ton of work shirts being dropped off, I don't understand it, but whatever. I like supporting Young's because they do a great job and they're always friendly and pleasant to interact with. read more

I have a dress that needs hemmed; I called ahead to inquire how they did the process if their services were limited to drive-thru only. The female that answered the call conferred with another briefly before telling me I could come in so they could fit the dress. I drove up, was turned away by the guy that runs the place. He asked me where my mask was: I indicated that I was fully vaccinated and per the CDC, it was only advised in close quarters with many other people present. I looked around the seemingly empty cleaners. The man said he would have to clean if I wasn't wearing a mask and maybe come some other day?! That he doesn't let anyone in the store, despite my telling him that his staff told me to come in....? He said they were wrong. Once more, he told me to try another time. I'm lost - what's wrong with now? Honestly, I do in fact have a mask in my purse, but wasn't interested in wearing it while standing outside- like he wanted me to do. I left. The store owner is a great guy and always has a positive attitude. I'm surprised there aren't more positive reviews on here. I've went to his store three times with stains because I can't adult and every time he's gotten them out. Usually takes about two days for you to get your clothes back. Overall I will continue to go back to them because of the excellent customer service, quality of work, and how fast they get my clothes back. read more

These people are the best! We had an emergency situation where we had to get a suit cleaned for a funeral and it had to be ready by 2 PM. They agreed to that even though their normal time would have been 4 PM. Then it turned out that there had been a miscommunication and we needed the suit by noon. They went out of their way to get it done on time and kept apologizing the whole time as if it was their fault! These are the nicest people to deal with in regular transactions, but they went above and beyond to accommodate us. read more

I dropped off two jackets to have them cleaned. One needed two buttons fixed, which I clearly explained when I dropped them off. When the jackets were picked up they were still dirty, had lint balls all over them and the buttons were not replaced. The price was outrageous for such shotty service. read more
