They do a great job on police vests and specialty uniforms. Nice staff and a quality job. I would recommend to a friend.

Worst dry cleaner EVER, don't trust them with your clothes. Completely destroyed my dress, and did not pay for it. Cost me $450 to replace.

Worst customer service and very pricey. What drove me to Martinizing was a coupon which they didn't even honor. They are arrogant and rude.

Got referred by my alterations place. T&C said they probably couldn't fix the giant olive drab stain but would try anyway. Way to manage customer expectations! A week later, my favorite sport coat is good as new and I don't have to see about dying it spinach color. Pretty cool for eight bucks! Way to go T&C!

    1. Wrong clothes were given to my husband when he picketed up my dry cleaning. (Same first names…read moreon the tag, understandable) Not expected, but it was an inconvenience for us to drive back the next day to return someone else's clothes and exchange for my clothes. Not a big deal or so I thought. 2. A few days later when I go to use the dry cleaned pants I had just picked up, I noticed it appeared they had been dropped on the floor and there was dust all over one (1) side. Not what I expected after having just picked them up from being dry cleaned. 3. I called the owners and expected either to be compensated for their negligence or perhaps provided with a courtesy of an apology which did not come until I mentioned that I do Yelp reviews. Town and Country Dry Cleaners may do well by some persons, but I do believe they pick and choose who they want to keep as customers. The man who answered the phone went so far as to accuse me as perhaps sabotaging my own garment myself. Besides being overpriced, I would NOT recommend Town and Country Dry Cleaners to any persons wanting any type of fair service. I appreciate fair service at a reasonable price and Town and Country Dry Cleaners does not provide either one. No Longer a Customer

I'm writing this review simply to share the craziness I experienced when I called to ask a question…read morethis week. Mind you I used to use Club Cleaners for years when I worked full time. That was 7+ years ago. I don't know how people afford what I can only imagine are prices for clothes now. Okay, so I had 10 round white tablecloths that were laundered and all I needed was to have them pressed. I called to ask the price and how long it would take. The response: "$26 and one week for one, for 10 you're looking at close to 2 weeks." Seriously?! Wow. I didn't call around to see if that is the going rate. I just decided to iron them myself.

Young Lady at Register to Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "Should it cost $29 for 4 shirts?" Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "That depends on the shirts." Customer: "It's never cost $7.25 per shirt before." Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "It depends on the shirt." (tone becoming harsher) Invidious Diminutive Fellow inspects the tag and asks Customer, "Did you ask for these to be dry cleaned?" Customer: "No, I did not." Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "Well, they were dry cleaned. Next time you need to ask them not to dry clean them if you don't want them dry cleaned." Customer: "What? I have never had them dry cleaned. Are you going to refund the excess?" Invidious Diminutive Fellow: "No, you got a receipt when you dropped them off." Customer: "What? I did not ask for dry cleaning." Invidious Diminutive Fellow shrugs shoulders, turns back to Customer and walks away.
