They said there is a sign that says they aren't responsible, so my $200 Bugatchi shirt I wore once at my wedding is gone. I came in to Dry Clean Express around 2pm on a Thursday afternoon as I had an unexpected interview set for Friday afternoon at 2pm the next day. Ana was amazing. I told her of my situation and asked if my suits could be prepared by noon Friday. She gave great customer service and was very communicative. I came here once before and was helped by the nicest lady. I come again and this other gentleman was running the desk. I asked him about a jacket of mine, said if they could please pay mind to the stains this second go around. He explained he cannot remove the stains for what ever reason and that I should take it home and do it myself. Ok I took the jacket back and gave him the rest of my items. He had me fill out paper work and started shoving my clothes into a bag, I politely asked him if we could count them together as I like to have a count of how many articles I'm leaving before I just walk away. He was totally bothered by that, in fact, threw my clothes at me at the counter and said there! Started going over more of my garmets explaining to me how he can't get any of them clean. It turned into this whole back and forth of me telling him my experiences back home with my other cleaner and how none of this was ever a issue. Actually, my first visit to this place was so great that's why I came back! The woman who works here is much better at costumer service. This man was downright rude and antagonistic. They did not clean the collars of my blazers. When I asked why, the gentleman just told me this is the best they can do. They did not offer me re-cleaning. The only reason I sent my blazers to dry clean is that the collars were dirty. Very disappointed. read more

Not much has changed in the 25 years I've been coming here. Same storefront, same people, same dependable service, same affordability. Maybe that's what keeps me coming back. I've tried a few other laundry services in the area that have newer storefronts...and higher prices...but none have matched the overall experience with the folks at Dryclean Express.
