Very rude and not accommodating staff, not sure why they advertise same day service if they're going to not offer it and then give you a hard time about trying to pay for a rush. The girl telling me "5 dollars per piece" in a rude tone as if I'm not going to pay for it. I say yes to the fee and ask when it will be ready. She says "Any time you tell me" I say 8:30? My husband and I have been loyal customers for 5+ years, bringing in items often weekly. I brought in a special custom sweater that I wore during our wedding weekend which cost me nearly $800 to have made and had so much sentimental value to it. Dry Clean Super Center shrunk it, stained it and ruined the texture of it and after MONTHS of being told the owner would call us to discuss a solution and not hearing from him, my husband finally met with him today and the owner failed to take any responsibility or offer any sort of solution, even after seeing photo evidence of what the sweater looked like before we dropped it off. Even in the months of trying to get in touch with the owner, we continued to bring stuff in for cleaning, thinking surely they would do the right thing. This is incredibly disappointing after we have been loyal customers for so long and never once complained and especially upsetting considering this is such a special item to me. Based on other reviews, sounds like the owner's poor customer service is a common theme. We will gladly take our business elsewhere. The employees are so kind and they deserve better ownership. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Super disappointed and left with what I thought would be a family heirloom, as completely ruined thanks to Dry Clean Super Center. This actually reminds me of my mom's dry cleaner who she has been using about the same amount of time and they ruined a Valentino $5000+ dress. I turned in an alteration, stressed when I needed it ready for an event, went to pick it up and it wasn't done. The lady told me she would fix it since I needed it that night, grabbed a pair of scissors and cut it like a kindergartener. I spent a total of 2 hours back and forth them telling me it was ready and going to pick it up and it looked terrible each time. Finally I walked out, not trusting their ability to fix it and only causing more damage to the dress. They ruined my $300 dress, stressed my day, and just said "sorry". I've been going here for years and recently had a horrible experience. They decided to wash my pants and not dry clean them without informing me, which stripped the color out of my pants. When I raised the concern, they told me my best option was to go back to the store that I bought them from to get an exchange or return for my pants. Pretty surprised with the quality of service I got here. There's a wide range of reviews online and I'm sure mine will only get lost, but for a commercial large scale dry cleaner, they impressed me. They do honor the 2 items free on your first order from Yelp and are super easy to work with to get your dry cleaning done if you have questions or don't get dry cleaning done often. The prices are very reasonable and aren't outrageously high. I think it's much easier to go in store during the drop off, since they offer a tiny discount for prepaying for your cleaning. Then, when you pick up, you can use the ultra convenient drive up window where they'll load your cleaning for you. Overall, happy to have come here and looking forward to my next visit! read more

I brought in my white linen jacket to have a tea stain removed. My husband stopped by to pick it up and was told THEY BURNED A HOLE in it, but would reimburse the cost of the jacket. My Talbots jacket is $219 new but I bought it like new used for $80 & said that the $80 would therefore be the reimbursement cost as they said they would pay. I called 10 min before arrival and was told the manager was currently there and would help me. Instead when I arrived with my husband they spent the entire time denying their responsibility, refusing to pay & claiming that I probably go from cleaners to cleaners pulling a scam as they claimed this was! Horrible! I've not taken ANYTHING to ANY cleaners but this one seemed to not have concerning reviews so I gave them a try. She even ADMITTED that they used a cleaning setting that was TOO hot and then denied it when we continued to remind her. It took 25 minutes of wrangling for them to take responsibility for the damage and pay the cost, ONLY after she tried to get me to leave and come back without my husband on Monday mid-morning. I can't believe the slander and unprofessional arguing. She ONLY paid after my husband threatened to get a lawyer. Unprofessional, irresponsible establishment SHOULD HAVE JUST CALLED ME before damaging my jacket to say they would not be able to take care of the stain. How insulting! read more

My son was hired to work there and he informed them that he is on the spectrum has Asperger's syndrome and the owner was work with him and he was doing a great job. Owner decided to sell and the new owner would not work with my son and train him and let him go And did not do it in a very nice way. Then told him to come and get his last check and they didn't pay him correctly so we had to go back and get the right amount. Very discriminating against my and his disability. It is really sad these days that people are still acting this way when there are people on the spectrum that are perfectly high functioning. I've brought clothes here before and was happy with the service. This time I was very disappointed. Heavy duty safety pins were used on my wool dress shorts to affix them to the hanger damaging the fabric. They also ironed them with pleats whereas these are clearly not pleated shorts. Hoping I can do something to fix the holes in the waistband. At $5.29 for a pair of shorts, I'd expect better service. read more

Fool Me Twice, shame on me. Do you know that feeling you get when you know you're being swindled, and you know the one swindling you knows they are swindling you, but they are so married to their lie they keep up the charade? Recently we needed dry cleaning finished in 24 hours and our normal dry cleaner could not get it back to us in time. I reluctantly went back to Dry Clean Super Center to fulfill the request. I say reluctantly because a little over a year ago they ruined two brand new dresses my wife bought. They offered a store credit that we never used...obviously!! Last week they stained a relatively new dress shirt. Their suggestion was to re-run it through their laundering service, as this would fix whatever they did to stain it. Of course, this didn't remedy the stain. The owner looked at me in my eye, and with a straight face told me the stains were "body oil". Interestingly my body oil only stained the outside of the shirt in the multiple random places! We went back and forth, and then she blamed it on a chemical...that I must have used!! We won't go back again, and I suggest that you use any one of the other multiple dry cleaners in the neighborhood. Dry Clean Super Center is married to the lie, sadly. read more

So - I've been to a number of these chain dry cleaners and have NOT been impressed!! HOWEVER - this one is the bomb diggity dog!! I've been over ten times and have been happy with the service, the quality and the speed EVERY time! I don't even live in Dallas, but in Frisco, and I carry my dirty clothes all the way down when I have business nearby. Even their alterations and repairs are on point. I started off a happy customer but their consistency has dropped off. I started using them around May 2021 and everything was great. However, in November I dropped off some cashmere v-neck sweaters a few merino wool sweaters and when I got them back they hung them like a button down shirt. You can see in the photos attached how they hang sweaters. The problem is when you do this, it stretches the necks and leaves indentions from the hanger that stays when you put the sweater on. Every dry-cleaner has always folded them and them on the hanger, including the Supercenter. I'm not sure what happened recently but it's inconsistent at best. I called them and left a detailed voicemail to bring it to their attention but no one has reached back out. read more

The 24/7 express bag service (no extra charge) is a lifesaver for times when I get home super late. And customer service is top notch...I pull up to grab my clothes I the drive thru, and they who I am by first name. And, most importantly, my clothes always look perfect!
