Recently, I called to ask about pricing for men's dress shirts and was kindly given the info right away, and the prices were better than other places I checked. I've been twice now and have had a great experience both times. The laundry and pressing have been perfect, with no issues at all. But when I went to pick it up , it was $4.98 each and was informed that they had to dry clean it. Uh? We just moved here and were in need of a dry cleaning service. The young lady who works here is very friendly and efficient. I love how I can just pull up to drop off and pick up my clothes! It's not that I'm not capable of getting out of my car, but it's much easier and safer than hauling my clothes in and out, along with my 3 kids. SO glad I did, it seems they have new ownership (or all new team) because the folks there now are awesome! I felt like I needed to review this business because I have been using them since they opened. I understand that there will be issues from time to time but I have never had a problem. Some of the employees are surly but most of the time I am greeted with a smile. Their prices are reasonable and I have never had a problem with the clothes not being ready. This is my preferred cleaning vendor. I think their pricing is fair (make sure you grab a coupon otherwise you're overpaying) and they are quick to turn things around. Terrible customer service!! They ruined my cashmere sweater and the woman in charge immediately yelled at me. She said it was my fault, that I did not know how to care for my sweater, and that I have moths in my home. Really? Okay well, I know there were not any tears or holes in my sweater when I dropped it off. She then claimed that they didn't even clean it because of the damage and yet would not refund me the money I paid in advance to clean my sweater. So sweater ruined and I got to pay to have it done. Super!! I realize customer service is somewhat of a lost art in America these days but these people bring bad customer service up to a whole new level.. Tried them out last week and from my initial drop off I knew I wouldn't be back. Customer service is lacking upon arrival! After paying for the shirt up front the young lady at the counter decided to keep my change. Now granted it was just some change, but as a customer you let ME make the determination as to whether I want you to keep the change. I made her open up the register and give me the change back. I don't think they actually cleaned my comforter. I think they just put it in a bag, charged me twenty bucks and gave it back to me. I had it cleaned because my mother's cat was over. It came back still covered in cat hair and with some dirty smudges around the corner of the comforter. I included pictures of the cat hair and the smudged corner. Shame on them! read more

They've been good and reliable in the past but it seems like they're always issues. Either stains that are on the cigs & collar that don't come out, or unanticipated extra charges. I'm done! I have been going to Y PAY MORE CLEANERS several years and had no problem until recently. They destroyed a pair of new uniform pants. These pants were torn at the bottom as if caught in a pully and then pressed. They had only been dry cleaned at Y PAY MORE or worn by me when flying a Commercial Aircraft. I was told they could not have done the damage. It had to happen in my possession , which means I would have been wearing them! I was not looking for money but only an explanation so damage could be avoided in the future. They said they could not have done the damage. This cleaner is the worst! If you use them make sure you don't have them clean anything over $20 because that is maximum they will compensate you in case your garment is ruined like ours were. We had a new Brooks Brothers shirt returned with a hole in it and a new $250 dress ruined and all they would give me was $20 worth of cleaning for each garment. I'll never go back! read more

How can I convey my experience in a few words - I can't! Just heed my warning, if you receive a damaged item, they will blatantly LIE and have their employees lie as well. One cannot expect the employee(s) to step-up even though they themselves know the owners are at fault, it's their job on the line. 2 stars because they have been my cleaner of choice for more than 7 years. I do owe them a vote of appreciation for the service that they used to provide. Now, that's not there. Dry cleaning products come back more stained than they were, laundry shirts come back pressed with wrinkle creases in the wrong places and most of all, the management becomes argumentative when there's an issue. I know for many years, my tickets were $35-40 per pickup every week, this should be a factor when I bring 1 (that's one) item back for something I found after pulling the bag off. I took some slip covers from a higher end sofa that states "dry clean only." After running them through twice - according to them - they still looked brown and dirty. The gentleman also told me that dry cleaning cannot get out any kind of odors and that I could just check the Internet. I did check the Internet and it seems that certain dry cleaning processes can get out odors but apparently their's cannot. After the second pickup I believe the wife of the owner came out and told me that dry cleaning could not get them clean - why was I not told that on day one? That was after spending $92! Unacceptable. She suggested we wash them. She knew that I was not pleased as did the gentleman but there was no offer made for return compensation & no apology. Sidenote, slip covers were washed in plain water at home with detergent and came out perfectly clean, smelling nice and with no shrinkage. Lesson learned. Please stay away from this business if you value your clothes. I have used them for years and every now and then we would get the wrong clothes. A few weeks ago, I took several clothes of mine, my son's and daughters for laundry and dry cleaning. The young lady looked at the clothes and separated the clothes into 3 tickets - for different types of clothes like in shirts, pants etc. I went back a couple of days later and picked up my clothes through the drive through. When I got home, my daughter asked me for her clothes so I asked her to get it from the car. She came back saying that none of the 3 clothes she sent for cleaning were there. I went to the cleaners and they said that they had given me all 3 tickets, which I confirmed on video. I was hence SOL for not checking each piece on receipt. Here is what I think happened - someone at the cleaners fancied the clothes and took ONLY my daughter's clothes which were segregated (one each in each of the tickets). Hence, when I picked up the clothes and got 3 tickets, I did not think to check what was in each ticket. We lost over $300 worth of clothes with no recourse. On further investigating, another friend of mine lost a shirt in a similar way. Needless to say, I do not use this place anymore. Use this place at your risk. read more

I agree with the precious yelper that this place used to be better. In terms of price and quality. However I must say it's my fav cleaners for many reasons. I would like to comment that nothing has ever been ruined for me. I have been coming here for at least 5 years and no incidents. They are friendly/nice when I go in and quick turn around. A big perk is the drive thru and after hours drop off box. They give you a bag to place your items and you can drop off at any time. They have your credit crd on file so automatically deducted. Price is still almost reasonable compared to places in Dallas. Yes I still drive up here from Dallas just for this place!! When picking up you can drive up and no need to get off. Superb! Since I take 15to 20 shirts at s time four weeks hsd past. Next time torn out button hole in middle of fsvorite shirt. They grsciously repsired my problem for only $5.00. Next time desparate for clesning snd tried street sign specisl 89 cents per shirt drop off Wednesday or Saturdsy. Upon PU paid 1.29. Asked Y told need to hsve dry cleaning. Asked for msnsger or owner. Told not svsilsble even though I saw him come in with bsnk deposit bsg stsnding in the pressing area looking s msil. Also found another shirt missing collar button another one with ripped collar button hole. Shirts also did smell clean. They slso mangle shirt tsil esch time with new processing tsg snd plastic stsple. Four tries for sets of process tsgs and staples. This place mskes me appreciate my more expensive cleaners more. TERRIBLE!!! I am DONE! I've spent alot of money here with at least 30-40 items everytime I go. I stand there and take the time to sort my items for them and give specific instructions. All dry clean and some press only. Never wash because I can wash on my own. Instead of getting what I asked, I get: Pants creased that I specifically stated No Crease come back appearing creased by accident and attempted to remove crease. Pants creased that I specifically stated No Crease. Cleaning solution stains and other stains that were NOT there before I brought them. Clothes WASHED that I asked to be dry cleaned, remember, I never ask for anything to be washed. I've gone there 10 yrs, ownership has changed a couple times. This last ownership being the absolute WORST. The are horrible and rude. One cashier called another customer a bitch. I was appalled at her language. I am DONE DONE. My garments were wrinkled, pressed wrong way with line impressions all over, iron markers, shine spots, discolored fabric, and damaged the fabric entirely. I asked for a refund for the wedding tablecloths they were supposed to iron, but looked the same as when I brought them in (wrinkled). I recently took a perfectly good suit to be dry cleaned only to have them returned with two tears right in the front of the skirt. I took the suit back so they can see it, the owner was totally irate. Of course, they did not own up to their mistake.
