Aspen sub

This is a hidden gem for breakfast and lunch. The owners are pleasant- for 2/3 the cost of 5 guys you get amazing handmade food. I swear this is like going to grandma's house and she packs you an amazing sandwich complete with plastic wrap on a plate to go. Clean dining room and plenty of options make this my favorite lunch spot.

BLT Club

This deli is close to work off of Dry Creek and I25 and had good reviews - I thought I'd check it out since I didn't bring lunch today. I called before leaving the office to place a an order for pickup. The call was answered promptly, and I ordered the BLT Club sandwich. I was given several bread options and asked about mayo - I asked for mayo and sourdough. I was told the sandwich would be ready in 10 minutes. It was a five minute drive - I pulled in and didn't see any other customers at around noon. The deli was clean and relatively plain - they had a decent selection of chips up front, and my sandwich was already ready. I was expecting turkey or something on the BLT "Club", but it was just a double decker BLT. That said - it was pretty tasty with toasted sourdough, plenty of bacon, and the lettuce / tomato. The menu he had was old - same options for the most part, but prices have gone up. It was about $12 with chips and tip. They have a good selection of sandwiches, breakfasts, and daily specials - I'll likely come back to try more and will post any updates. Update: I tried the Friday special of French Dip and salad. It came with a small salad with choice of dressing - and a small cup of au jus. The salad or the sandwich smelled a little different to me, not sure which. The salad was ok - broccoli and carrots in it. The sandwich was just ok - came with soft French roll and cheese. I probably won't order it again - the BLT club was better.

The food is absolutely amazing! Fresh ingredients and Freshly made food! This spot is just off Arapahoe and has become my new favorite spot! The service is super quick and very friendly! I look forward to the next visit! It reminds me of a really good whole in wall you would see in New York City.

veggies, rice, and sauce. Simple and delicious

There is a pretty nice variety at this restaurant. The owners are Asian and so is the majority of the menu, but they also serve some Mexican food (including breakfast burritos) as well as traditional American salads and sandwiches. For vegans, like myself, who are looking to only spend about $6 I would recommend the veggies and rice bowl. It's a pretty generous portion and the sauce is quite tasty. It also comes out very quickly. There is also a special dish for lunch every day and Wednesday's is vegan. Haven't tried it yet though. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nothing special, but the couple who run the place are very kind. I'm happy to give them my money hah UPDATE: Finally made it for their Wednesday vegan special! The bibimbob is a large helping of lettuce, sprouts, zucchini, carrots, seeds, and tofu atop a bed of rice with a light sauce. A great value for the price!

Nice modest mom & pop shop with small menu but what they serve is fresh & good. Not as expensive of others nearby, will stop by again

Aspen sub and spaghetti, both daily lunch specials. Yum!

I'm glad I saw this place on Yelp; it's too bad it's a bit hidden from Dry Creek. Anyhow, the turkey sandwich I got was very tasty. Everything was fresh, and the sandwich with chips lunch special was around $7. The owners were friendly and helpful. I'm truly glad we tried this place out!

Bibimbob with the heat on the side

I had a meeting right after lunch down the road, so I navigated the office park until I found Dry Creek Deli for a quick bite and I am very glad I did. Good food, good prices, good people! I was waited on by friendly gentleman who, after I asked for the daily special Bibimbob "Would you like it spicy or regular?" Me: "Spicy." He: "Have you eaten here before?" Me: "No." He: "Uh, I'll put the hot sauce on the side." lol! My bibimob arrived quickly in a styrofoam container with the hot sauce, as promised, in its own little container. I promptly dumped all of the hot sauce on the bibimbob and enjoyed the crunchy freshness of the lettuce and veggies mixed with the bulgogi beef strips. Very delicious! Dry Creek Deli is a great place for a quick bite and I will be back.

We had to speak up to a worker to tell them to clean the tables. We waited for 5 minutes for someone to come out and clean the tables. Additionally, the ice cream machine was down. In my person opinion, I could go to any other sandwich deli shop, but instead, I chose Jason's Deli due to the free ice cream. The ice cream machine was down and they did nothing to fix it, nor let customers know it was down. I was impressed however, when they compensated the ice cream with free cookies. Overall, the table and ice cream hospitality was poor, but in a way, they made up for it with the food and cookie compensation.

Outstanding food and service... staff was amazing. Came to…read moreDenver area for a wedding from Massachusetts and stopped at this deli for breakfast. Food was phenomenal. Service made it even better. If you like it fresh, you'll love Heidi's Brooklyn Deli. Bread and bagels freshly made. Cannolis (yep, had to have one after my breakfast) was the best I have ever had... and in Boston, we have "world famous" cannolis in the North End... that don't even come close to the deliciousness you will find at Heidi's. Needless to say, we will be in the area for 3 days and will return tomorrow for more. We would also go on Sunday but they are closed. By the way, thanks for the free loaf of freshly made bread. It came very handy during our hike of Garden Of The Gods trails. Yep.. one day later, we returned. Left with 4 cannolis this morning. And the Chicken Salad sandwich was so good!!

When we first arrived, they made us wait for a full 10 minutes before even taking our order. While waiting, I was watching the employees make the sandwiches, and staring at the orders like they were written in a different language. It was taking them a full 10 minutes to complete one sandwich order at a time and the line was getting frustrated. All the poor guy wanted in front of us was mayo and mustard on his sandwich and they had to remake it twice! Once we ordered, I asked for avocado on my sandwich and she informed me that it would be a three dollar up charge so I agreed. My husband ordered a sandwich that was $18, and when he received it not only was there hardly any meat on it, but the meat that was on it was mostly fat and he proceeded to pull a very long female hair out of the middle of his sandwich. Then when I opened my sandwich, there wasn't any avocado on it at all. Yet she had still charged me. When I showed the hair to the employee, she asked me if I wanted her to remake the sandwich and I refused because I had already waited for a full 30 minutes. I had to request a refund on my sandwich (which she tried to nickel and dime me on, and wasn't about to give me the $3 back for the avocado) and my husband left hungry. Super bummed because I love Heidi's and hadn't had it in awhile so I was really looking forward to it.

Don't get me wrong, the ingredients were fresh enough, service was friendly, and the place was clean & neat. BUT the Dolomite (their "Italian" hero), which is the simple, yet complex sandwich that ALL sandwich shops should be judged on, was just fine, and I ended up only eating half of it. Specifically, the inappropriately sesame-seeded bread was too airy & fluffy. The cold cuts were sliced too thickly, and densely piled together into a brick-like slab of meats. It all added up to a sandwich, although carefully made, didn't really satisfy my soul the way a good sandwich should. Unfortunately, I've had the same experience at their shop in Fort Collins, so maybe this style of very pretty, but vapid sandwiches are just not my jam.
