I am writing this as I'm finishing my sandwich. I absolutely could not wait to write about how amazing, delicious, and yeah again AMAZING this place and my experience was/is. First off the service is absolutely impeccable. The lady that helped us out at first was so kind and patient. Usually at stand up to order places I feel rushed but not here. The kindness is felt in the AIR. We ordered The Romanos meatball and it was the BEST MEATBALL SANDWICH I've ever had in my LIFE and my partner agreed. It was everything you want in a sandwich. The meatballs are HUGE and the bread is soft, the cheese is SO cheesy. I wasn't that hungry and we ordered 1 sandwich thinking I would have a few bites but I ended eating a whole half lol I was THAT good! So my partner ordered another sandwich. They were out of the one he wanted so you know were already planning a trip back! Like tomorrow FR lols The gentleman that helped my partner out for round 2 was also very nice, friendly and generous. I promise- walking in the atmosphere felt very warm, clean, cozy, and welcoming. There was also a customer that couldn't stop making phone calls and talking about HIS sandwich and how good this place is and we could not agree more. My seventeen-year-old daughter wrote a review of this place from her point of view, and the owners seemed very unkind to her in their response. I generally avoid leaving lower reviews on "mom and pop" places because I don't want to impact their ability to live. But their response to my daughter's comments rubbed me the wrong way. So, let that color your take on my bias of the rest of my review, but it's honest and accurate. While we were there, I found the owners very friendly, nice, and kind to us. They were very conscientious in fixing their mistakes, and I appreciated that. They're not nice with online retorts to less-than-stellar reviews. The food was fine, and my father loved his lox and cream cheese on a cinnamon bagel. He is eager to have the second half for lunch tomorrow. I found my own turkey sandwich incredibly difficult to eat as it presented more like an open-faced sandwich in need of a plate and cutlery. The sub roll literally wrapped halfway around the contents and fell apart after every attempt at a bight. I would have preferred a quarter of the oil (which was not in the menu description), as it overwhelmed most of the other flavors. SO MUCH OIL! Oil was going everywhere (Not in the menu description). My wife and I both got the turkey sandwiches, and neither had mustard (which was in the menu description). We both got a couple of banana peppers (also not in the menu description), and mine had a sundried tomato (also not in the menu description). SO MUCH OIL! For a $19 sandwich, the construction of the sandwich is flawed, and the flavors need tuning. Plus, they claim they are consistent with their menu, but my experience and other reviews tends to discredit that claim. You be the judge. With these changes, I would have gone back. However, while I did NOT get this feeling when I was there at all, but in reading that response to my daughter's review, and their responses to many other negative reviews, I now believe they have a huge chip on their shoulders and lash out more than is acceptable, which is zero. I'm sorry for their attitude because I predict it will be their downfall. I rate them at two stars because of the attitude that I experienced after we left, and seeing their online responses. Found this spot after I saw a video of Nick the Food Dude reviewing it. My partner and I went the same day and it defiantly did not disappoint. The setup is a little confusing as you have to walk to the middle of the restaurant to order, and there's a pillar that obstructs the view of the menu, but other than that putting in our order was easy and the staff was friendly. We both got sandwich combos, I went with the prosciutto papi and my partner went with the pastrami sandwich. The combo comes with a bag of chips and a can of soda. You can upgrade your side for an extra charge. With tip, we spent a little over $50. So it is pricey. The sandwiches were huge though, and the taste was phenomenal. I love the added fig jam and balsamic glaze, giving the sandwich a sweet and salty flavor. My partner loved his pastrami sandwich, I gave it a bite and it was delicious! Seating is limited, but we did not have a problem when we went. I'd imagine during the weekends it could get crowded. Definitely worth a trip, and we will be back! read more

First, I will be as kind as I can because I really support small businesses. The ambience is nothing special and perhaps a detraction. The young man that waited on us was very friendly. My husband's sandwich was plentiful and well-made. However, I ordered a small board. They didn't have a menu for me to choose from. He said we just make them with whatever we have descriptions on the website seemed wonderful . My board consisted of one type of salami, two cheeses, olives and grapes and raisins. I was also given a small jar of orange marmalade which I thought was odd since I did not receive any crackers or starch. All the items were tasty . I was charged $25.99 which I thought was a little pricey for what I received. I don't know if we'll go back, but if we do, it would only be for a sandwich. I think they can do better. read more

I'm so excited to write this review. This husband and wife duo has started something amazing the area desperately needed! Coming from Chicago and having so much trouble finding good food in Colorado, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by what these folks have put together here. Don't let the pricing scare you off. It's worth every penny! They pile the sandwiches sky high with meat and cheese and veggies. The bread is fresh and all the meat and cheese is sliced to order! I know because I watched him make like 50 sandwiches. They have so much for your choose from. Their menu has a beautiful selection. Parker Gyro Roast Beef Prosciutto Papi Capicola & Balsamic Bliss Classic Turkey Brooklyn Parker Pastrami Parker Italian Parker Meatball They also offer charcuterie boards, a great selection of cheeses, bagels imported from New York all in addition to their sandwiches. I've never had a NY bagel until last week and it was a game changer for me. The Egg Everything is my favorite (so far) I'm really excited to try the onion bialy tomorrow! Bagels are $4 each or buy 5, get one free. The sandwiches can be shared by two people easily. I'm definitely a huge fan already and you will be too once you go check them out for yourself. This place is absolutely awesome. As a born-and-raised New Yorker, I can honestly say this is the real deal. The owners are from New York, the sandwiches taste like home, and the quality is second to none. My family and I only come here when we're craving a true East Coast deli experience. Every time family comes to visit Parker, this is the very first place we bring them. It's become a tradition. The owners are genuinely kind and treat people like family. They're incredibly busy because the place is always packed, so they may not have time to personally greet every single customer, but they're constantly handing out samples, offering little freebies, and making people feel welcome. It's honestly disappointing to see some of the negative reviews. From everything I've experienced as a regular customer, they don't reflect this business at all. This place consistently delivers incredible food, outstanding service, and some of the highest-quality meats and cheeses you'll find anywhere. Haters are always going to hate. At the end of the day, there's nothing anyone can say that will change my opinion. Don't let a few negative comments make up your mind--go see for yourself. I think you'll understand why this place has built such a loyal following. The sandwiches are phenomenal, and if anything, they should probably cost more for what you're getting. The ingredients are top-tier, and the bread is authentic--Amoroso rolls from Philadelphia for the classic hoagies, along with excellent French rolls. Holycow! I'm originally from Upstate New York. I've lived in Colorado for 26 years and I never found a original Italian Sub until I came here! They use Boars Head Meats and Cheeses on their sandwiches or subs. Mine was stacked to perfection and it was the best Italian sub I've had since I left New York! He gets his bread, bagels, and other items shipped fresh from back East! The bagels are worth $4! They are as I remembered when I was visiting NYC. The Dolmades were perfectly made and didn't make it home! It's worth the wait and the price! The owner is a former New Yorker and his food shows it! Definitely recommend it to anyone. A lot of places in Parker Colorado especially the restaurants owners are from back East! Oh the baklava smelled divine. They also sell locally made products and a large variety of chips. read more

I have wanted to try this local business for awhile. I have had numerous people tell me how good it was. So I went in with high expectations- especially being a NY deli. First the prices. SO high for a sandwich. $18.95 is ludicrous. The sandwich was huge and did look beautiful. But I mean HUGE. Overloaded with meat. Bread- i was disappointed. Once again- expected more of a NY deli- it was a generic french bread. I think the bread from Jersey Mikes is better. Finally, the staff. Unfriendly. Very very surprised to be honest. Especially as they knew it was my first time. The portions were so big that I had to take my other half home and as it goes without saying the next day, the sandwich was definitely not as good. Was it worth the $19 price tag definitely not. I'm all about supporting local. In Parker, there are a lot of local owned businesses and restaurants that I do frequent often. Sandwich Combos and Grazing Boards the choices are many but get here early as they do sell out. The service provided is immediate with Shawn letting us know what delicious selections were available. For a dine in experience there is a 6 topper picnic bench, 5, 2 topper tables and 1, 4 topper when you walk in. The sandwich that Shawn made us is hard to describe. The size of it was huge. The combination of meet and cheeses was out of this world. It takes 2 people to consume it as it is so large. It was totally delicious. It is definitely a neighborhood place to eat or even better take it back to the house and enjoy the delicious treats. We did not attempt to order "three full boards" -- it was just my wife and me ordering two single‑serving items. His statement that we were rude and that this was "caught on camera" is simply false. I left my review in hopes that the owner would understand how the experience came across to new customers, but his response does not reflect what actually happened and he'd prefer to lay blame on a potential patron instead. We visited Grecian Grazer for the first time on Sunday after reading great reviews. We love supporting small local businesses, but our experience was surprisingly bad. When we arrived, no one greeted us for over 10 minutes. We stood at the front and tried to make eye contact with the two young staff members, as it wasn't clear if we should seat ourselves or order at the counter. When we finally asked, they said they'd take our order shortly but food would take 30 minutes. Five minutes later, we were called to the counter--by this time, we were the only customers there. We tried to order two small charcuterie boards and two drinks, but were told a large online order had just come in. Because they were prioritizing that order, our wait time jumped to 60-90 minutes. Prioritizing online orders over customers who had already been waiting in person for 15 minutes felt incredibly dismissive. To make matters worse, the employee seemed completely unbothered when we decided to leave. We drove a long way because we were excited to try this place, making the lack of service a huge disappointment. read more

We had a very disappointing experience at The Grecian Graiser. We ordered five sandwiches and only received four. On top of that, each sandwich appeared to be randomly thrown together with ingredients we specifically did not request. We asked for pita and hummus, but instead we received a random grab bag of chips and no hummus or pita chips at all. We were also given mac salad and a grape leaf that we did not order. When we called the location to address the issue, the owner was incredibly rude and told us we needed to return the grape leaves to the store because they were "$12 each," rather than simply acknowledging and correcting their mistake he asked what we expected him to do in regards to the incorrect order. Mistakes happen -- but poor customer service is unacceptable. I hope they can figure out the customer service side and make improvements. read more

Ordered the Parker Prosciutto Poppi Combo & Pastrami sandwich. These were the most amazing sandwiches!! They are BIG but BIG in a good way!! Loaded with just the right amount of everything to catch all the flavors. They have a great selection of meats, cheeses, desserts, gift items and a nice sitting area with chairs to sit and eat or you can get it Togo. Service was quick and professional. We were looking forward to trying the Grecian Grazer sandwich shop and went there on 1/22. When we walked in we noticed the owner was clearing a table while wearing black kitchen prep gloves. He took the trash to a fairly full trash can and pushed the trash down down into the trash can. While still wearing the same gloves he took our order using his register, handed another customer some plastic utensils and moved to the area to begin to make our sandwiches. We have never done this before, but my husband quietly leaned towards the counter and asked him if he could change gloves before making our sandwiches. I thought my husband was asking him to modify the sandwich and that was what upset him. Nope! He became offended and asked "what did I supposedly do." When he was explained his movements with the same gloves before this request, He then stated, " I don't have to serve you." I can't make your sandwich" and then stated he was refunding our money. As we were walking out he said, "I don't have to serve you." He pointed to a sign that said, "We reserve the right to refuse anyone". Under that phrase, the sign it also said, "God is Great". We readily agreed to the refund and we left. As I reflect on this situation I couldn't believe he would not change gloves and his immediate reaction of being offended since no one heard the request before he got loud and stated he would make our sandwiches. There were two other couples in the restaurant and we considered telling them what happened but chalked it up to saving ourselves a possible illness since we are retirees and it was better for us never to eat there. read more

I had a terrible experience here. I was so excited to try it out. I ordered a gyro sandwich and when it was served it was actually in a tortilla. When I questioned this, the owner became upset and very aggressive and said that is our pita, I'm gonna walk away right now. What?!? I was stunned. The interaction made me very uncomfortable. He said he refunded my money right then, which I didn't ask for because there was nothing wrong with the food other than it wasn't served the way it was described on the menu. I gave the owner's wife a $20 and left. Come to find out he never actually refunded my money. I lost my appetite and I never ate the gyro wrap I received and paid twice for. I did call him to confirm that my credit card was refunded. He assured me it was and wanted me to come back in for a free sandwich, blah blah blah. Waited, no $ refunded. I don't care how good the food is. I will never go back. * In regards to your response - I find it offensive that you're using the Lord's name in vain, publicly or on any platform. I was starving - and usually in that state anything taste good - but I couldn't even finish half of my sub, none of us could. There was just no flavor whatsoever. * the Parker prosciutto was so overwhelmingly sweet that it was not even edible * the euro was completely flavorless, literally zero seasoning. * the macaroni salad was so extremely sweet and it tasted just like the generic kind you grab from the grocery store deli.
