I was a tad apprehensive wondering if it was going to be as good as I remembered, especially since it had been decades. Well, they did not disappoint. The food was good and all, but I was very unimpressed with the table service. Walking in, no tables had been bussed and they were all dirty. We had to speak up to a worker to tell them to clean the tables. We waited for 5 minutes for someone to come out and clean the tables. Additionally, the ice cream machine was down. In my person opinion, I could go to any other sandwich deli shop, but instead, I chose Jason's Deli due to the free ice cream. The ice cream machine was down and they did nothing to fix it, nor let customers know it was down. I was impressed however, when they compensated the ice cream with free cookies. I have to update my review because the last time I ate here I noticed that beneath the cheese smothered beef sandwich was processed beef. Not the sliced roast beef that you'd get at places like The Bagel Deli, Chicago Mike's or Mustard's Last Stand. The beef they server at Jason's is more like lunch meat. I was in a pinch since I forgot my lunch and I only get 30 minutes to eat. So some colleagues recommended Jason's and off I went! I arrived at Jason's and there were only two people in front of me. I ordered the Rueben sandwich, chips, and a Diet Coke. It took about 10 minutes to get my order. A nice touch to my visit happened when the cashier let me know about free ice cream next to the soda machine. I didn't try it but maybe next time. When I got back to the office and took a bite of the Rueben it was amazing. The pastrami was cut thin, piled high, and flavorful, the sauerkraut was perfect, and the bread was soft and very fresh! This location ranks up there with NY Deli News, perhaps better and most definitely cheaper. GREAT salad bar, those are so hard to find now a days! Everything did seem fresh at the salad bar, and having their pasta, potato, and broccoli salad was great. Lots of dressings and decent bread/cracker selection. No protein besides eggs unless you pay extra. The staff and the (I am assuming) manager working were wonderful. However, my husband got the Santa Fe bowl and did not like it. My biggest complaint tho is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and the general restaurant itself. The bathrooms were not it happened today dirty- no one has been cleaning the bottom of the toilets, and the caulking around the toilets was gross. We sat at a a booth and we were beside a wall, there was a ton of dirt and grime on the walls. Also, there was a TERRIBLE sewage smell- not the fault of the restaurant but the building owner. Normally, I'm not one to post negative feedback, but this experience warrants it. Last week I visited Jason's Deli at 9525 E. County Line Rd., Centennial, CO 80112. I ordered the Beef Stew and was very disappointed. The dish contained only three very small pieces of meat that were edible, and the rest was fat, which I could not consume. In addition there were very few vegetables. I was hoping for something heartier, but all I ended up with was a basic broth, which was neither consistent with the product image nor the quality I anticipated from Jason's Deli. When someone gets a salad bar please Inform them that it is "one time" run because some of us haven't been here in 15 years and it wasn't that way once. Other than hospital cafeterias (I highly recommend Castlerock), I think this is the best and possibly only salad bar. It's nothing fancy but has some quite a few options. I have tried a couple soups and haven't been impressed but I do recommend the salad bar, which is about $12 for one trip. read more

We come here often with the boys especially after soccer or family outing. We love their selections on different types of food they provide. The restaurant itself has always been busy when we went. But plenty of seating every single time we dined in as a family of five which has been a plus for us. My boys loves their kids menu, their portion sizes are large enough to fuel my 10 year olds appetite. The free frozen yogurt ice cream has always been our family's favorite. Who doesn't love the extra perks of getting ice cream at the end. Sometimes, you will find your table dirty. We wanted to go to Firehouse Subs, but sadly, they closed (a Snarfs Sandwiches is moving into their location ). Lucky for us, we turned around, and Jason's Deli was about 100 yards away--so we decided to try them. Soup: Spicy Seafood Gumbo ($5.20). A hearty roux with nice chunks of fish, shrimp, okra, and other veggies. I'm from the South, so I am pleasantly surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Sandwiches: - The Carmela ($10.50). Piled high with salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone with a zesty sauce on toasted Sourdough bread. Great combination and satisfying. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. - Reuben the Great ($14.00). They claim it's a 1/2 pound of corned beef OR pastrami. I chose pastrami. Not sure about it being a 1/2 pound, The sandwich was piled high with more sauerkraut than pastrami and a smattering of 1000 Island Dressing on a nice marble rye. We ate inside, so I went to the salad bar for more Dressing, but still, I was disappointed the sandwich had more sauerkraut than pastrami. It was okay, but I preferred my wife's Carmela sandwich. Today was a really terrible day that my son has experience that he screamed and yelled at in public. Those two regular older couple that goes to your place screamed and yelled at my autistic child. They should've consulted me first and told me what my son did rather than yelling at him. He is just a child and he has autism he doesn't know what his doing. Their tomato soup is that good chunky flavorful soup but still able to dip your sandwich in. They also have a great salad bar with many options. Their menu is huge and also have lots of desserts, i tried their strawberry angel cake and it was super good!! Their cake is so soft. The inside itself is very big, very clean, lots of room to sit. From the first interaction with the staff I just knew they were completely focused on making sure the customers are happy. It had been awhile since I had been to this location of Jason's Deli but it was just as good as I remembered. The menu is huge with lots of options for customizing sandwiches, giant baked potatoes, and an amazing salad bar. My daughter had a cup of broccoli cheese soup and a half club sandwich. The sandwich came out with the wrong bread and without batting an eyelash, they remade the sandwich on a croissant and brought it right out. I had the salad bar and was actually full after my first trip so I just went back for some of the addictive mini gingerbread muffins. The little corn bread muffins are good too - my daughter put a couple in her soup. So unless you're really hungry, I recommend just getting the single trip salad bar. They have a great selection of iced teas (along with the regular sodas and bottled drinks) and then, when you think you can't stuff in another bite - there's ice cream! It's soft serve and you can choose chocolate, vanilla or swirl. They even have chocolate syrup to top it off. read more

I finished my salad bar bowl and went back for another and was informed that the "salad bar" is a one trip only; which this is not stated anywhere in the restaurant. I explained my thinking was that salad bar meant multiple trips, which it has with Jason Deli for the past 30 years! She informed me that this is how they define their salad bar as a one time only. I ate the salad bar at their Lakewood Jason Deli one month ago and they don't follow this rule. Also, after paying $38 for dinner, could not find a 4 top table that hadn't been cleaned which was the same problem I encountered at Lakewood a month ago. My wife came here last weekend when I was at a Rare Whiskey Release and she said it was real good, so we went together yesterday. She told me some about it but I still was not sure what to expect. Holy cow, was I surprised! First I took a look at the menu online before we left the house, and I was surprised at how much variety they have. Glad I looked before we left because the place is pretty big and they can get busy in a hurry. We had a delicious lunch on real plates with silverware. Very nice. The was a bottle of hand sanitizer sitting on the salad bar (gross). The sandwiches were excellent, but the atmosphere and ambiance was not appetizing, and the service was poor. Always appreciated the boiled eggs and red pepper hummus which they did not offer today. I had to pop in and grab something to eat and I'm always looking for healthy options. They have a really good variety of sandwiches but I was looking for a salad. Let me say, 8.99 for a salad buffet is nuts when you can get a full sushi and more buffet at a local restaurant for 21.00. I opted for the chef salad, but it was giant!! Also, it took almost 10 minutes! For a salad! It tasted good, lots of meat and green leafy lettuce, and I ALWAYS appreciate a place that automatically puts these dressing on the side. But stupidly, the portions! I ate probably a quarter of this- and this is the "light" portion. I would love if they would offer something half this size. I'm heading to work and have this salad that will be sitting in my car and probably go to waste. Bummer. On the plus side, the managers and staff are super friendly and attentive.
