DRY CREEK WRANGLER SCHOOL is not for those who are expecting a "dude ranch". It's a "hands on" learning experience which will show experienced equestrians and beginner riders the fundamentals of horsemanship. You'll learn to communicate with your horse, each horse's personality, the proper technique of saddling, approaching a horse, and best of all a good sense of confidence as a rider. You will not be coddled and if you're afraid of horses this certainly isn't a place for you. You will meet some amazing folk who will help you as you grow in skills - fully supportive and kind. And the greatest gift is meeting the master of horsemanship - Dewayne Noel and his lovely gracious wife, Deanna.
Accommodations are simple and the hosts do everything in their control to make you comfortable. Meals are hearty and delicious. The Class size is small (5-6) and everyone receives the level of education required. Note- the house accommodates all guests and staff, and there's currently one (1) bathroom- Dewayne plans to add another by next year - this was the only challenge you'll face in this once in a lifetime experience! read more
