I've always bought my wife gift cards for this salon for years, it was her favorite salon. After booking a massage from the business website she is told the night before her appointment that she cannot use the gift card because the new massage therapist doesn't work directly for the salon! What exactly is the point of me buying a gift card then being told by the business that the cards cannot be used for services that you have always used them for? Horrible customer service, this is not on the employee, it's 100% on the ownership. If you're a business and change your rules on something as big as gift card usage, you should let customers know at purchase, if you don't, you should remedy the situation, not tell the customer there is nothing that can be done. Straight up horrible customer service. Will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

The dressing area was comfortable and nice, and you got your own locker to put your clothes and belongings in to - and not grade-school metal lockers, either. They were very nice dark wood lockers. The masseuse was very nice and professional and did a very nice job. My mom and I both walked out of there feeling like butter. This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is clean and trendy. Because the place is a spa, too, expect prices to be a little higher than in a regular salon.

She does a great job every time and is very thorough. Leecis is so cool and personable, really makes the task of being completely nude from the waist down a lot easier. If you're looking to get a Brazilian for the first time or are a repeat offender I would definitely get down here! I have also seen her for facials and skin care. Not only was having a facial relaxing, but it was informative. I have super sensitive skin and I break out often. Leecis gave me tips, tricks, and some home remedies on how to be nicer to my skin. My balayage was really brassy and I had a few grey stragglers on top of my head I needed to have covered up. When I walked in, the pictures online don't even do the salon justice. It is so beautiful inside, I loved the ambiance, the staff was very friendly and the free coffee didn't hurt either. Jessica was very warm and friendly, offered some suggestions on the look I was trying to accomplish and the end result was simply amazing. I've had pretty bad color experiences before, but I will definitely be sticking with Jessica as long as I can! She even massaged my head/scalp and gave me under eye gel pads to help soothe my puffy under eye area...it felt like a mini spa get away.
