On November 8, 2022, I brought several items to be cleaned. On Thursday, November 10, 2022 I picked up my cleaning and when I got home, I realized that one of my sweaters was missing. I went back on Friday November 11, 2022 to inform the store of my missing sweater. The young man at the counter attempted to look for the sweater but unsuccessful. He then called the manager, Russia to the front and she attempted to locate it as well. Once she was she was unsuccessful, she proceeded to tell me that they're no longer responsible for my missing item once it leaves the store. First, Russia was extremely rude and unprofessional, popping her gum like a cow! When I asked for the manager or owner's information and phone number. She got smart with me, tossed a flyer at me and told me to contact the owner via email. The flyer doesn't have any owner information. Secondly, I told her that they'd have to find my sweater or compensate me for it. She said, "I'm not compensating you for nothing and I'm not looking anymore!" Now, I would've felt better if she'd offer to give them a couple of days to look for it but I didn't even get that from her. read more

These people that work here are so rude, I highly recommended no one goes to this cleaners! Frank needs to be fired for how rude and confrontational he is. He had the audacity to call my husband a lit and then wanted to use calling the police as some type of scare tactic because they ruined all our things and didn't want to pay for it. I was just in your Centerline location and was told clothing items could not be found. The 1st lady was polite and attempting to help. She asks the "MANAGER" Russia to help her find the items and RUSSIA attempting to find the items and can't.  Russia then addresses me rudley and unprofessional . I told her i didnt appreciate her attitude and she says I am not giving you attitude (which was not the truth) as our conversation escalated,  she then tells me now I AM GIVING YOU ATTITUDE. I ask for a number to call the OWNER and she rudely tossed the flyer at me! Michigan law states 1 year to pick up items! don't appreciate her tone, that she was unprofessional and did this in front to another client and the other worker. This is not my first experience with Dryclean Depot in Centerline Mi. In the pass I only had all my comforters cleaned here. I wasn't happy with my clothes because they never looked pressed. So, I decided to try them again years later. I took a comforter, blouses and pants that needed a zipper. I purposely never pick up items on the proposed date to give extra time, so I went a day later, just to find out my zipper for my slacks had not been done. No manager was available I was told. I called and never got anyone. I went today 9/11/24; and spoke with manager "Frank", he apologizes repeatedly; but never offered anything off my bill. I expressed to him a discount would help for my inconvenience of driving there twice, he said no, and made excuses for seamstress, So, I nicely said why didn't anyone call I drove here for nothing. He stated they don't call customers. I ask could he at least take something off my bill he said NO! My point is if your seamstress sees they can't do the job call the customer, so they won't waste their TIME and GAS and get treated with Un-professionalism on steroids! read more

Yesterday morning I took my black coat that has never been worn and I took my navy blue suit with my beautiful buttons that had never been worn to the cleaners . When I arrived yesterday evening or afternoon to pick them up they look like they have been washed coat had all kind of lint and Furs all over it . I thought I would just die . So I spoke to the manager and he said he would take care of it when I arrived today it still didn't look like what I had brought in . He also explained to me that he has clean many wedding dresses inexpensive things of a sort because I told him that that suit was a $200 suit that had never been worn . The sizing was taken out of my suit the lapel was not pressed like it should have been I was just totally upset I did not want to hear about all the other things that he had taken care of all I wanted was my stuff to be taken care of I still left there sad and upset. I will never take my beautiful clothes there again . And if you have something of value please do not take your clothes there either . I just took my stuff in left . Hurt and upset . read more

I will never, ever, go back here. I have white shirts for work that I get cleaned with heavy starch. It's like they don't even clean them. Always stains on them that from what I gather is from their machines. Specifically pointed out the stains the next time they were dropped off. When picked up they were still there. So I have been going here since I was a teenager. After Covid I notice that my clothes wasn't being washed at all just pressed. The last time time I went I noticed that they damaged my jeans. When I told the manager about my damaged jeans, she called me a liar. She said that it would never happen there. Smh She continual to be confrontational with me. Worst customer service in the world. The "manager" has the personality of a rattlesnake. Have debit card that the chip has problem being read. Tried to explain problem so she would manually enter or stay at counter so could quickly be entered 3 times then will let you swipe instead. I personally think this is the best drycleaners around! Not only are they fast (if you get your clothing in at a decent time (not sure on the exact time) it is ready by 5PM the next day), my items are always ready when they say they will be, I rarely have to wait in a line to pick up or drop off and you can't beat their prices. Most places charge more to dry clean women's shirts, but not here. All clothing is $2.99, even jackets. I brought my winter coat to them around 1PM on a Monday (it had some stains on it I pointed out to them) and it was ready after 5PM on Tuesday for only $2.99 and looked good as new! They also dry clean bedding, but comforters are around $24.99. I think most people avoid dry cleaning due to the high cost and the fact that it usually takes a while for your clothes to be done, but not here. read more

I'm a business professional and have used this cleaners for years. I understand there are times when a cleaners damages your garments but The issue I had with this establishment is they knowingly damaged my shirts with obvious black spots and gave them back to me without mentioning the damage. Anyone who has clothing at this cleaners you I strongly encourage you to check your garments before you leave. In addition, The part owner was so unprofessional! She was yelling at her worker and was obnoxious and rude to me on at least two other occasions. After they finally agreed to refund my money I had to come back to this place at least three times!! Poor customer service! Clothes are often lost, clothes are returned unpressed and the customer service representative says it's the material of the clothes. Children are the representative that speaks to you... Extremely unprofessional deameanor from all of the staff.. When covid 19 , first accured the so called manager. Closed the doors on a Saturday afternoon, stating no one could get their clothes. I had to call Centerline police, for assistant with retrieving my clothes from the cleaners. Enough is enough.. I have been using Dryclean Depot for awhile now. I appreciate their timely return or my clothing (**usually withing 24 hours**). Their prices are $2.99 whether you have a coat, dress, or pair of socks. I think notably, I need a dress for an emergency funeral and they had it ready for me the very next day. I was super impressed and the little mustard stain I had, was gone. I have always enjoyed friendly customer service, but there is nothing above and beyond, but very reliable. read more

Multiple people in front of me inspected their clothes before leaving and simple dirt was not remove from someone's suit jacket to a girl's shirt. I have had very good experiences so far at the Dryclean Depot. The staff has been friendly, helpful and kind. I really appreciate their prices and convenient location. That being said, I am cautious about what I take in since they don't seem to cater to specialty laundering needs. However they do a solid job on suits, work/casual dresses, and shirts! If you really treasure a piece - I would recommend going to a smaller shop that is going to give that piece the care it needs. Still very grateful for all they do to take care of me! read more

I've been coming to this location for a few years now since it's down the road from my office. In by 9am out by 5pm. 2.29 per garment and 1.19 for shirts. Overall service is good. No real complaints other than sometimes they crease my pants even though I specify no crease. It's only happened a couple of times. But they are quick to rectify while I wait. Shirts are always nicely pressed and all buttons intact. For the price and turnaround time, I recommend dry clean depot. read more

If you value your clothes, don't come here! When this place was cheaper they did a better job, but now it seems as is they have grown too big. My last order there was a black grease stain as if from one of their machines. I failed to check my items before leaving the store, so no way to prove it was done while in their possession. After months of staying away, I decided to try them again. I had a few items that I dropped off in my way to work. I specifically told the gentleman who took in my clothes that I did not want not want creases in a pair of pants. I didn't think I needed to specify, since they did not currently have creases. Well....I was wrong! Talked to a manger and her non-chalant attitude is what irritated me those most. While they tried to remove the crease, since it was pressed in, the crease is still visible. No apology from the manager, Rochelle, just excuses that staff was new. I would think with increased prices the quality would improve. read more

I went into DryClean Depot Vandyke location on 4/24/17 to pick up 3 pieces and each piece had something wrong with them. The major issue is the leather on my black Express blazer was completely ripped inside and out. I didn't sign a waiver and wasn't told that my blazer was an issue. The second major issue was my pricey tan & black trench coat lining was completely loose and had a whole in it and the sleeves lining were loose as well. My third piece, was the light cream Express blazer which still had spots on it and wasn't steamed at all. I left all 3 pieces with them to be fixed. I came back into the store on Sat Jun 3rd (same date of pics shown) no one could find my peacoat. I was told by Adrianna & Alondra that I recently picked my coat up but I was out of state so not at all possible. I explained even if I was in town why would I come get my coat and not the other two items. (Makes no sense at all) They said they would call me Monday after looking again. So, my cream blazer still looks the same spots/unpressed. I received a voicemail from the owner Frank about my blk blazer unapologetically telling me that he has posting all over his store that it's my liability not his. I have yet to receive a call about them finding my coat and today is 6/6/17.. To make matters worst I live 14miles from the cleaners and have to make an extra trip to check on my coat. read more

This place is a joke. I have been getting my clothes cleaned here for years and although there have been a few minor problems, I continued to patronize them because its close and the prices were reasonable. My recent incident has changed all of that. I took a shirt in to get cleaned in September. It was a commemorative tee shirt with a picture embossed in it. I have had it cleaned there on a couple of occasions. When I got the shirt back home I noticed that the front was destroyed. I took it back and was told that the owner would have to contact me after he looked at the shirt. I waited for weeks without hearing anything from him. I asked over and over again without an answer. Finally in October (about a month after returning the shirt), he called and said that he would credit me " a few items" as compensation. I agreed thinking that was a reasonable response. I then started asking about the credit each time I went to the cleaners. I was finally told in NOVEMBER that the owner had decided to credit my account 2 items ($5.98). I could not believe it. Naturally I am not accepting it. The shirt was a gift and I don't know the value of it, but I am not going to accept this insulting offer. My advice, take your clothes somewhere else and pay a little more. This place has never heard of customer service, and the owner is just about the most unresponsive business man you can find. read more

I dropped off a skirt and jacket to be cleaned. The jacket had a belt that was missing (they said they would call me back the next day to have me talk to someone and they never did). The black jacket was full of colorful fuzz and lint, the zipper was broken and there was a rip in the seem in the front of the skirt. Sorry I won't be back. read more

Horrible customer service. If you have an issue the manager will completely blow you off. Your clothes are not cleaned, if you ask for no creases they will still crease your pants, clothes are returned wrinkled, they misplace clothes then blame you. I do not reccommend using this cleaners. I will traveling to the other side of town to my regular cleaners. I only started using them because they are 5 mins from my house. read more
