I have been living at Wyngrove apartments since 2021 and even though it started off good. I just want to say move here if you want to hear loud cars, neighbors always fightiing at 2 o'clock in the morning, loud music, feces all throughout the complex, and not so friendly employees at the front desk. It took Dryden NINE MONTHS to reply to my negative review on Google. With default apologies and responses stating "customer service is their top priority". The fact that it took someone MONTHS to address me should serve as a giant red flag to any person considering purchasing a home that Dryden Enterprises has horrible customer service. Choose another builder! Your concerns will be ignored and you will be stuck with a money pit with endless repairs Our home is beautiful- that's truly the one kind thing I can say about this builder. However, the materials are dirt cheap and corners will be cut. Your new home will begin to disintegrate within weeks of your closing! I can't tell you how many times I've had someone out to repair dozens of enormous cracks lining my walls and ceilings. And guess what? They're still appearing! It's because they didn't even bother to tape the joints in the drywall! I recently had to fight off effing wasps that had invaded our guest bathroom because Dryden's team didn't even bother to put a vent cap on the exterior of the house, which allowed bugs to come in through the exhaust fan. I could go on and on. I invite anyone considering purchasing a Dryden home to come to The Villages at Limerick here in Midway. Knock on someone's door. Any door! Pick any random house and ask the owner for their experience with Dryden. Bring snacks, because you're going to be there a while! We are more fortunate than some of our poor neighbors dealing with major issues like their roof or foundation issues. Hell, my own brother lives down the street and has bricks falling out of the house. The worst of it all is that our community is made up mostly of active servicemen and women and disabled veterans, to which Dryden has no problems with taking advantage of. STAY AWAY. read more

Dryden is the wrost company to buy a house thru. First of all there house are built way to quick with the cheapest materials allowed by code. Second they advertise pool, playground and park. What a joke that is at least in Griffin park. The pool is tiny and not maintained. It is the size of a backyard pool and Dryden says it is sufficient enough for 500+ houses. What a joke. The playground is a mess broken equipment and just nasty. The bottom line is once you buy a house from Dryden they don't care anymore! read more

My daughter bought a home from this company. What a piece of shit of a home. They apparently couldn't find any cheaper quality material to build this home. This home is a pile of crap on a slab. What kind of idiots use cheap flat paint in the kitchen and bathrooms? Half the front yard has sunken spots throughout. Cement work is the worst job I've ever seen in a patio. There is a giant gap from the bottom of the front door to the plate and the same with the garage door. The sun shines in from the bottom of the door. Who still installs laminate countertops? Oh wait this crappy company does to cut costs. There is absolutely no pride in their work. Avoid this company like the plague. Any build who slaps low quality crap like this has no business being in business. They put the crappiest, cheapest laminate on the floor- you can't mop it, because it voids the warrantee and they put it in the kitchen???? An intelligent person or business knows you would use a waterproof flooring that you can put in the kitchen and run throughout the house including the bathrooms. Anyway, I could rant on and on and on and on about the poor quality of these homes, but you need to walk them to believe it. If you choose to buy a piece a crap, doesn't matter how much money you put into it, it's still a piece of crap....good luck. Buy an older home and spend the money " freshening " it up. Very good builder! I absolutely LOVE my home! Mr. Dryden is very personable and attentive to your home buying needs. At the beginning of my building process (August 2012), I told him I wanted access to my attic from inside my garage. He ask me why and what was I going to put up there. I told him my Christmas tree, storage, etc. He said no one buys fake trees lol. Fast forward nearly 5 months later... I moved in a few days before Christmas 2012. I came home and there was a Christmas tree on my porch from Mr. Dryden. He is such a sweet man! Thank you for all you do that made our home buying experience AMAZING! #HappyHomeOwner read more

I lived in a Dryden apartment for about 22 months. I loved the small secured neighborhood. The staff was always friendly, and when there were problems, they were fixed immediately. The properties were well maintained, and the rent was reasonable. There were no hidden charges. When you were told the rent, that was it. It was a pleasure to work with a family that you could trust as opposed to a large corporation that is located at some headquarters out of town. I loved my apartment and only moved because of family relocation. read more
