My wife and I did not want to pass on not being held to the term lease if we decided to build with Ernest Signature Custom Homes.

Feels SO good to finally have a platform to call them out…read more Deceptive from the start. A "Christian" business so they said. They lied to me straight up telling me that they built and sold the house next door to us. After we purchased we found out they were renters that knew no boundaries. It was awful. That was just the beginning. The first time there was a hard rain my kitchen flooded because they built the porch at the same level. It ran under the walls into our kitchen and sitting room. I called to complain and that snooty wife, (forget her name) said they'd take care of it. I got home and they had smeared clear sealant along the wall between the porch and the kitchen. I mean, this was a brand new house and they expected us to accept this? When I was understandably upset, both the husband and wife were rude as hell. The walls were overtaken with black mold. They put in some kind of fan/suction thing and it seamed to work. They started reconstructing the back porch. They were hitting the house so hard that a collection of things I had gotten from my mother jumped to the floor and broke. The husband said "I'm so sorry we'll replace all of it". They replaced nothing. They finally fixed the design flaw with the BACK porch (the front porch created a river of it's own) BUT THEN THEY DUMPED ALL OF THE BROKEN, BUSTED UP CONCRETE IN THE BACK YARD AND LEFT IT! Dealing with Homes of Integrity was the worst home buying experience we ever had. I would advise anyone considering them, RUN!!!!!

My son purchased the house in July 2023. He used his Master Bathroom shower 3 times when the shower pan started leaking into the garage. The plumbing was done by a non-professional plumber that cut a circle around the drain and put drywall screws through the shower pan. There are so many issues throughout the house, and we know that it was done by the builder as all the materials are dated. We are going to be suing the Builder and going after his license to have it revoked. If you need to contact us, please call Chad's Step Father Michael Catania 912-482-2505 he will be handling the entire process for my son.

The grounds are nice and it seems very pet friendly. Overall Construction of our unit/building is poor, they installed PEX from the valve to the sink faucet instead of steel braided hose under the kitchen sink. Woke up to a flood. Repairs are slow (more than 1-month) and they have had to come back several times, I just gave up on trying. The gates broke over 2-weeks ago and are still propped open. They don't maintain the welcoming fountain - it's broke, the fireplace by the pool - that's broke too. The pool is always dirty. The pictures don't lie, the sales office is very nice. Bottom line - I wouldn't call Lullwater "Luxury".

Also, apartment dirty and bathroom coated with hard water mineral deposits on tile and and water spigots. Dirty floors. I refused to accept which was a major issue. Only resolved by luck from a corporate rep visiting. Did not always respond to maintenance in a timely manner. Awful and unqualified office staff that is not familiar with written contracts or Georgia laws. Renters be aware they cannot charge you the deep cleaning fee without detailed specifics of what you failed to clean and the fees involved. They are suspiciously not a member of the BBB, doesn't mean you cannot file a dispute, but this say A LOT about them. I am now in a major dispute which i will take to small claims court if need to and credit bureau. This should not be the norm. Other apartments are better.

I'm happy with my recent experience with Richmond Hill Handyman!…read more I had a crack on my driveway. They estimated the repair with me sending in a few pictures. The quote was fair and honest. In addition, I've been experiencing a leveling issue with my fenced backyard. After the initial appointment, I requested an estimate for the fence repair. My friend Misty had it all covered! Bothe repairs completed on the same day. With No disruption to my schedule! The estimates and billing process were seamless. The work crew were professional and personable. The work was done exceeded my expectations! I would happily rely on Richmond Hill Handyman again, and again. THANKS!

Since writing my review of…read moreAugust 7, 2025 regarding Richmond Hill Handyman, I have had the chance to clarify the friction caused by the project Joel and his crew worked on. Even though I was critical in my review, all in all, it was acknowledged that the work done was professionally done. For sure, if a client wants work completed in a specific manner, it needs to be documented, as sometimes things discussed were not calculated into the estimate, and/or were perceived as future projects that needed an estimate and acceptance where both sides understand the terms and parameters of the obligations and commitments. I wanted to delete the review of Aug7, 2025, but, didn't see an option on YELP to do so. Perhaps it's due to the fact that I'm from the stone ages on the 20th century that I just didn't see the delete button for a previously submitted review, or maybe it just was never an option to remove a posting. Whatever the case, the two star review I previously submitted on YELP for Richmond Hill Handyman is inaccurate and should be ignored by those looking at reviews for this business.
