Mr. Lucky used a terrific appointment service tool that automatically sent notifications of my appointment and when he was on route. He put a big tarp over the carpet, removed the fireplace insert, promptly started my chimneyoscopy with a camera and a flashlight, and cleaned up right and proper. Fortunately my exam showed no polyps of soot or other offending alien material. He fixed the flue so now we can have wood fires...in the summer? What the heck. Put Mr. Lucky in your chimney if you want to be happy.

Jared was a professional and educated me on best practices for dryer vent cleaning intervals and also recommended replacing a flexible hose that was non-complaint. I had let about 10 years go by in-between cleanings and you can see how much lint he got out of my vent in the attached photo. It was a fair price to pay but great service, 5 stars and will use again at a much sooner interval next time.
