John himself was super friendly and respectful. He took off his shoes before00000 entering the house even though he didn't need to. He said hello to my mother on the way in and out. He was just a great guy who was friendly and super relatable. Just really good customer service. As for the service itself, he was knowledgeable about how to clean and fix my dryer vent. Despite running late due to an accidental double booking, their technician, Jeff, was very professional. He was able to take off some difficult to access vents to thoroughly perform an air duct cleaning. He also thoroughly cleaned the furnace when replacing our air filter. They are very reasonable priced and even offered really great discounts when I booked. I really appreciated how responsive they were with my inquiries on yelp and they gave me a heads up of when they were running late, gave me a new estimated time of arrival, and they let me know exactly when the technician was heading over.
