Checked reviews of some local repair outfits when our dryer broke down. Mr. A had the best of…read morethem so we gave them a try. Got the service scheduled for three days out, and received an immediate confirmation, as well as a day-before confirmation that included a photo of the technician. Received a text from the technician when he was on his way. Upon his inspection of the dryer, he determined he would need to order a new part, but said he would be able to get back to install it by the end of the day. Turned out even better than that--he was back in a couple of hours, telling me he decided it would be quicker to swing back to my place then instead of after his next stop, as he'd planned. After the new part was in, everything was fine. The repair wasn't cheap--replacing a circuit board won't be in any circumstances--but the repair went smoothly and the dryer is now working fine.

The worst thing was when we found out he didn't finish the repairment work (the ice maker was not working, and he was told about the icemaker issue when he started the job). This man violated our sense of safety and went through the entire 1st floor of our home opening up doors, cabinets and creeped around every room. I called to report it to AAA Service Network and was apologized to profusely that another incident has happened with him. When questioning the wording of "another incident" I was told that Brian has had numerous complaints over the years (he's an employee of 18yrs) of what they called "odd" behavior. And then was told he's an odd character but they think he's harmless. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This man stole my sense of security in my home in a matter of minutes.
