Should have posted this a long time ago but haven't due to being busy and giving the owner a chance to fix. Shortly after our landscaping project was completed, the irrigation started coming up. They came out once to fix, but the problem has gotten worse. On top of that, some of the stone looks like it's crumbling. I have in the past made numerous calls asking the owner to come out and fix it. He would say he would, then never show. People can do with this review as they like, but we will not do business with them again. I am more than likely going to have to pay someone else to come out and fix this and it hasn't even been 1 year. Very disappointed! read more

On March 24 we hired Dryman landscape to replace all sod in our backyard, add drainage through the middle of the yard, install a border around our playground, take out old rubber mulch and replace with new mulch. Paid half upfront and were told they would begin work 1.5 weeks later. Great! Please save yourself a massive headache and do not hire this company!!! 3 weeks later Justin tells me they will get started tomorrow. No call, no show. This happened 4 more times over the next month. Excuses included weather (sometimes valid, often not), jury duty, sickness, death in the family... I am a very kind and patient person but after being lied to a few times it is hard to have sympathy for more excuses. May 15 they FINALLY show up to rip out the old sod. May 23, after a few more no shows and excuses they showed up and "finished" the job. Justin requested payment before we even saw the job. My husband went to look and at first glance everything looked fine. We made payment and Justin was out of there! The next week we noticed weeds growing in the middle of the playground through the rubber mulch and discovered that his team had only replaced the weed barrier around the edge of the playground and simply covered up the old mulch with new so it would look nice on top. We let Justin know and he said they would come fix it. June 3 they came to "fix" the mulch. I kid you not, all they did was dump some more mulch on top! Still no new weed barrier, still all the old moldy mulch hidden underneath. We let Justin know and he said they would come fix it. The entire month of June was filled with more promises to come, not showing up and excuse after excuse. Meanwhile, we let Justin know that the new sod had a fungus and sent pictures showing that half of the grass in the backyard looked awful. Of course he promised to fix this too. July 3 they came and put new weed barrier in the playground. Still completely unlevel, old mulch underneath, no drain which was listed on the invoice. Justin did not do anything about the sod, we went ahead and hired another company to come treat it and hopefully save it, since there was no telling if Justin would ever do anything about it. I asked Justin about all of this to be met with "we aren't done yet." Here we are on July 19, 4 months in to this "2 week project", out $7900 with little to no hope that he will ever keep his word and finish this project. I am a big supporter of small businesses and not one to write negative reviews, but I do feel it's my duty as a consumer to keep anyone else from having to go through this kind of headache. We have given Justin SO many chances to make it right and were only met with empty words and promises, even a bribe of some rodeo tickets. We don't want rodeo tickets, we just want what we paid for! I let him know that if the project was not complete by July 2 I would feel it my duty to share this experience. So here we are. read more

I wrote a review and posted it a week ago after Justin again failed to show up as scheduled. I am not going to re-post the original negative review. My review described the same problems as the other reviews here; poor communication, not showing up and substandard work. I took down the poor review after finally receiving an agreed upon $1,000 (16%) refund check on our project. Well- the check bounced. my bank reported it bounced due to insufficient funds. I notified Justin 4 days ago about the bad check. he sent back an incoherent text message shortly thereafter but I have heard nothing since. There was no apology or plan to make good on the refund. I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of integrity. I write this review so others won't have to experience what we did. Find a different landscaping company. read more

After months of research, I selected Dryman Landscape Management to construct a complete backyard overall with pathways, drains, kids, playground and provided my own designs of what I wanted. Justin said he would provide a design and never did. I paid him a large deposit in December 2023 and no movement took place until end of January early February of 2024 after months of constantly hounding him on when he would start. When he did start the drains he installed were done wrong and cheap, the pathways I had asked for with images were dug out with trenches for large stones to go in the ground when I merely wanted metal borders with concrete stepping stones and pea gravel. He then dropped two loads of sand, which ended up clogging the fairly new drains that my pool builder had installed, which also had to be replaced by the second company I hired. He made multiple trips to the property to obtain the design not listening, taking notes, or reviewing the design I provided, to ensure we were on the same page before work started. It was after much consideration that I knew that my design would not come out as I requested so, I let him and his crew go in February 2024 and I requested my deposit back and itemization of what I owed him for the materials he purchased with many back and forth text and emails of almost two months because it was my assumption he had used my funds on other projects and did not have to give back to me. I then received a non-disclosure agreement from him requesting that I sign in order to receive a small portion of my large deposit back, which I did not sign. I've never been more disappointed in a company's workmanship and ethics. I trusted that my walkway would resemble the ones on my design or that the drains he installed would function and they did not. After paying him a large deposit, I had to hire another company to pull up the drains and to construct the pathway correctly, which I had to pay twice and now out of pocket much more than I expected to be with no funds returned year to date. The end result was the second company completed the backyard beautifully and now I have PTSD with hiring contractors and putting funds down. read more

After extensive research, I selected Dryman Landscape Management to construct a concrete slab, a flagstone walkway, and to assemble a pergola kit. Although a great job was done on the concrete slab and the pergola, the ball was significantly dropped on the flagstone walkway. I've never been more disappointed in a company's workmanship. I trusted that my walkway would resemble the ones on the company's website, (I certainly paid enough!). I may not know a lot of things, but I do know that this is NOT how a flagstone pathway should look. I was saddened to see that remnants/scraps of flagstone used from a previous job, were used for my project. After having paid several thousand dollars, my expectations were much higher. I was so perplexed by the placement of the stones...how would this make a viable pathway or walkway of any kind? Each flagstone wobbled when stepped upon. I would rather they'd done nothing, than leave me with such a horrible creation. I expressed the need for the walkway to be enhanced and was just met with pressure to make the final payment, which to my chagrin, I made. I was never contacted again by the owner to make things right. It was apparent that my business was of no value and that my satisfaction was of no priority to Dryman. Two days later, I hired another company to construct the walkway in the proper manner. Although I paid TWICE for the project, I am please with the final result. read more

DLM delivered my firewood yesterday before the winter blast! They were very quick to respond to my inquiry and put me on their schedule. Very easy pay method through PayPal. The young man delivering was so polite and nice and put all the wood where I preferred it to go. He was fast yet efficient. The oak wood is of great quality and seasoned.
