Upon arriving at this establishment I was handed my dry cleaning and every single collar (9 pieces) was wrinkled, they were visibly dirty and they had a horrible smell. I showed the lady working the counter and she agreed. I proceeded to ask the lady at the counter for the number to management. This was now the 3rd time I've had issues with the collars being wrinkled the only reason I came back is because it's right by my house and last time management assured me it wouldn't happen again and they had new people working blah blah blah. Now I'm on the phone with management explaining my situation and how I had given them the benefit of doubt several times and this was the last straw. I requested a refund (nearly $50) so that I could at least get my dress shirts fixed when I landed in Denver. They offered me a "re do" on the house where I would have to take the clothes back and ask them not to mess up the collars. Why in the F would I need to ask an establishment not to mess up my clothes I'm trusting them with? Anyways.... Moving on I declined their offer because I'm not taking anything back to get even more messed up. I guess my point is I should have read the reviews prior to using this establishment. I wouldn't bring a blind guy to this joke of a dry cleaner. PS. I only use yelp to post POSITIVE reviews but this truly bothered me and I hope that my review helps at least one person avoid this place! Laundry is picked up and returned to our home and is washed, dried, and folded to perfection. -- I was especially impressed with the removal of mildew from a t shirt I'd bought in 1999; I thought it would have to be thrown away, but Pearly Laundry Services restored it to its original youth and beauty! I had several dress slacks and jeans dry cleaned and the quality of the work was excellent. I saw a tag on my clothes with an orange message stating' Please Check Bag'. When I opened the small orange and black bag there was 3 twenties and I was shocked. This was money that I forgot to remove from my clothes prior to placing them into this cleaners. Anytime a business is this honest and they also do outstanding work then I will definitely be a customer for the rest of my lifetime.

Be careful over by this cleaners/Backyard Burger side of the parking lot. Some of the people that wash their car over there at the car wash should not even (and may not) have a drivers license, and seem to posses the inability to use the 10% of their brain that is active for most people. I've had two cases of seeing some moron flying out of there at full speed, with one of the two times I almost got run over. If you run over me, you better kill me when you do. Roast Daddy Fresh don't play. Also, I've seen the cops over there at least 3 times in the last year. People cant even act right at a coin operated car wash? Seriously, watch out for idiots when crossing the main drive there in front of the buildings. People in Memphis *will* run over you and drive off. I had a sport coat and pair of pants cleaned and it was some time ago. The pants were still in the cleaner's plastic wrap when I took them out to wear to a funeral. There was a large white spot in the crotch and I tried to wipe it of with a wet rag. It just left a wet looking circle. I took it back to the cleaners for a redo. They said it had been too long even if I just took them out of the bag. The lady said, "Sir, we have a policy." I have a policy, also. I don't trust anyone that doesn't trust me. I always assumed they would be right. Lesson learned. Inspect your clothes when you pick them up and find cleaners that trust you.
