I bought a bunch of caulking that was hardened and couldn't even be squeezed from the gun, so I had to toss it and eat the cost. Now I just ate the cost of floor paint that was mislabeled. You may save a few cents here and there, but it's not worth the dollars wasted on old, low-quality products. Keep your receipts--you'll probably be making returns. Such a shame to see new owners ruin a great store. (The employees are still great, though.)

Yet, people fail to read reviews and end up getting screwed by this company. I guess I have to grab hold of my butt and figure out a legal way to get my building fixed. It's so bad you can't find a dealership that handles TOL any longer in upstate NY. On a scale of 1 to 10 they rate a minus 8.

I seemed to always come up with more questions through the process but Michael was patient and made sure we were happy with our decisions. On installation day, Dustin and Lawrence did a fantastic job, explaining what they were doing along the way, and I was completely comfortable with them. Shout out to Lawrence for noticing a flaw and then to Dustin for getting the piece replaced - they didn't have to do that but we really appreciated it.
