I bought a bunch of caulking that was hardened and couldn't even be squeezed from the gun, so I had to toss it and eat the cost. Now I just ate the cost of floor paint that was mislabeled. You may save a few cents here and there, but it's not worth the dollars wasted on old, low-quality products. Keep your receipts--you'll probably be making returns. Such a shame to see new owners ruin a great store. (The employees are still great, though.)

Yet, people fail to read reviews and end up getting screwed by this company. I guess I have to grab hold of my butt and figure out a legal way to get my building fixed. It's so bad you can't find a dealership that handles TOL any longer in upstate NY. On a scale of 1 to 10 they rate a minus 8.

On installation day, Dustin and Lawrence did a fantastic job, explaining what they were doing along the way, and I was completely comfortable with them. Shout out to Lawrence for noticing a flaw and then to Dustin for getting the piece replaced - they didn't have to do that but we really appreciated it.
