He's a perfectionist & I love that about him. He respected all our little quirks & rules. I'm super strict about shoes in my house and he made sure to take them off. And even when he was too busy working to take off his shoes when he needed to constantly go in & out, he made sure to cover all the ground that he needed to step on. He cleans up after himself really well inside & outside after all his work. He was very professional, down to earth, HONEST, trustworthy, and very dependable guy. I can't say enough good things about him. He has the best prices too! The only way anyone would beat his price is if they're unlicensed. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to all my family & friends.

But Victor came out a couple hours later and was great! Very personable, went right down there and fixed it. And the pipe had been leaking for a while, so it was 2 hours of him on his stomach covered in mud fixing this pipe. But all was fixed and we are very grateful! Especially as this was two days before Thanksgiving and I thought we'd have to cancel our holiday plans.
