Bad experience with this company. Tracy and he son came out for a job I had. Wanted to use a local company and she sure did talk up her skills. After two days she wanted full payment on a job that wasn't even close to being done. My painter said it was the worst job he's ever seen for 3600 dollars. She told me that she was 100 percent done and she was happy with it so I should be also. Poor business owner because this customer is not happy with her work and my other contractors. Had to hire another company to fix all her work, what a mess. I would definitely get other quotes and I'm not gonna ever use her again. read more

Very professional and competent when she came to give me an estimate. Where water had leaked in my. Eing, she probed what looked like solid drywall to me to show me the drywall was soft. I was impressed. We scheduled a couple weeks out at my convenience. She did what she promised and her work is excellent. She even showed my husband how to touch up some corners so he could do it himself. Highly recommended. read more

Her son came along and they both did an outstanding job. The ceiling looked brand new and was perfectly flat (no flaws). It was understood that she does no painting (fine with us). I was charged $600. It's been 1.5 years since the repair, and despite the humid bathroom the work is holding up with no cracks or problems whatsoever. In all honesty, I'd settle for half the quality of work if she were just a more sincere, genuine person. She was absolutely stressed out in trying to fit in my job with another she had to go to afterwards. I'm a very kind person to everyone I meet, and was still kind to her. But I didn't like her personality. At the beginning of her visit she was in her vehicle and I took the opportunity to vacuum the dust out of my bathroom light. Apparently I was in her way, because she came back in and scolded me for being in my own bathroom. She said, "What are you doing?" with a fake smile on her face. I detected so much sarcasm and unhappiness with her. She treated her son like a piece of crap who couldn't do anything right. When negotiating the price on the phone, I asked to pay $50 less and she said, "For you... sure". So sarcastic and very negative. I feel bad that she lives such a rushed life. But good customer service is part of the job. If you don't take the time to have a genuine interaction with people it leaves them feeling not too good about your visit. If I could give this company negative stars I would. I have NEVER had a worse experience in my life. She was horribly rude and extremely disrespectful to us. We had an addition put on to our existing home and had some additional work done to other area's of our home. Her initial crew that came to hang the drywall did not cover anything and made a HUGE mess of our home. We are still cleaning the drywall dust and its 3 months later. ALL of our blinds were ruined and had to be replaced. After we complained she went out of her way to be extremely rude and make an even bigger mess of our home every time she was there. She also would complain about other customers and her employers while we were there which is extremely unprofessional. The drywall work itself is so-so. We have quite a few spots that should've been fixed where she did shoddy mud/tape work, but we just couldn't stand to have her in our house one more time so we ended up fixing it ourselves. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT THE WORK DONE RIGHT. read more

I'm giving this woman/company and Eek! because when she fixed my drywall she told me that if there were any problems she'd come back and fix them. Guess what? Yup, that's right. Didn't answer any calls. So if you want a one-shot Traci, then hire her. Now I have to hire someone else to fix what she should have fixed right the first time. read more

What a blessing!! It's really rare to find such a high level of integrity, professionalism AND friendliness all in the same person! Traci was kind, knowledgeable and VERY patient with all my many questions. My project was a mess and required a LOT of creativity and problem solving on her part. She was very quick, always showed up on time and did exactly what she said she would do. I even argued with her before she started the job... I "knew" there would be a LOT of drywall dust and I had to buy air purifiers, etc. She said there would be very little dust because of the special techniques she uses. I guess her having over 25 experience really paid off for me because...she was RIGHT - hardly any dust at all! All this and a very competitive price! She should change the name of her company to The Drywall Angel! read more
