Save yourself from Paul Fallon Jubilee painting…read more I always get multiple quotes for a job and had many small jobs to get done that added up. I got three quotes from people I've used before and I knew the other twos work and had used paul before for deck painting. A good friend told me to use paul and that was a mistake! If he spent time and put in 100% his work would be fantastic. HE DIDN'T, AND ARGUED WITH ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Gave me a verbal quote of $2,800 plus drywall repair by the hour in the garage. He texted me Monday night and said I can start tomorrow, I'll get the quote for you then. Then it was the next day, and the next day till he was basically done, that $2,800 turned into $4,180. The quote I got from a reliable company who has done great jobs for me before, was $3,600. We did agree on a different price but his work then went from ok to garbage. Paint on kitchen cabinets, paint on bathroom cabinets, paint on vinyl siding, paint on wood floor, paint on vent covers, wall paint on trim, trim paint on wall, paint footprints across garage floor, paint on door hardware (that he said was there before but it was on new hardware). Runs on wall in bathroom, a patch that he saw when giving me a quote but now couldn't be fixed properly that became a heated phone argument (then got fixed perfectly), paint on tile fireplace. His sanding and filling the trim on door became painting over flaking paint. Best of all he didn't paint a patch in the kitchen that I didn't notice until after I payed and now he won't respond. He offers a deck warranty guessing that's out too, on the paint flaking off on my deck that he painted last year. He definitely has what it takes to be a great painter but he needs to SLOW DOWN and pay attention to detail especially at his price! If a client points something out fix it without getting defensive and argumentative.
