I assumed he would charge for the follow-up visit, but there were no additional charges; I really appreciated his honesty. Recently, I had a text dialog with Russ and found out that Fuse service's HVAC systems as well. I agreed to an annual maintenance plan, but didn't plan on having them out until fall. A few weeks later, while I was out of town in July, I got a message from my Ecobee thermostat indicating that the A/C wasn't working. I texted Russ about this and he showed up after 6PM on a Saturday, the same day I texted him about the issue! He figured out what was wrong right away and just folded the service call into my annual service plan which was, as before with the dishwasher, very generous and much appreciated. I'm literally excited to have Fuse Service as my go to place for appliance repair and HVAC maintenance. I'm used to businesses asking me to write positive Yelp reviews and I don't mind that. But, Fuse did not ask me to write my review.

I contacted a few different people, but Mark was the first to be willing to make it out to us that same day. After checking out the damage, he put my mind at ease and gave us the rundown of his plan of running a few fans and dehumidifiers in our utility closest and in the crawlspace. I asked him a bunch of questions I had, and he answered each one with ease and helped me understand what was going on. In the end, Mark and his team set up the fans and dehumidifiers in the spaces and left them for a few days. We were considering getting new tiling and he recommended Jose from Neza Restoration & Repair. Jose and Fernando also did a really good job. What makes Mark stand out from the rest is his availability, clear communication, and just being a down to earth guy. I felt I could trust Mark, and may have overstepped when asking for advice outside of water damage, but was he willing in answering and helping me out. They always helped a little, but it was never great, and certainly not as good as when my knives were new. I figured I needed an expert but didn't know where to go. When you get there, you'll wonder for a minute if they even do small jobs like this because it's a shop that looks like it mainly deals with industrial equipment or something. But rest assured your blades are welcome, just go to the little office at the right of the shop. All in all, an amazing experience. For only $9, my two high end chef's knives are as sharp, if not sharper, than the day I got them. I dropped them off at lunch and they were even ready before the 4pm close. I very highly recommend Bernie's to anyone who needs any blades sharpened!

They leave and charge me $500. I get the invoice a week later and I see that they also charged me $150 for "repairs." They never went and did ANY repairs to my chimney. They also don't have the proper tools to inspect chimneys. They stuck their hands with their phones into my chimney and took a blurry video and gave me that as proof that they had cleaned. Other chimney guys have endoscopes that actually go deep inside the chimney. Fast forward to a week ago, my hvac guy comes back after the cleaning and lets me know that I am still not getting enough draft from my chimney. So essentially the RM duct cleaning guys did nothing and collected $500 from me. I called their support desk and they don't have my address on file. I speak to someone else and they assure me that they'll contact me within the next hour to have this resolved. It's been a week and no response. My hvac guy recommended "Vertical Chimney Care." They came and properly cleaned the chimney, they gave me a great inspection with the proper tools. And only charged me $150 compared to $500! STAY AWAY FROM RM GO WITH Vertical Chimney Care!

The technician installed the door with white caulk did not secure with clips and the worst part is that he then spray painted with a black glossy paint not only did he paint the caulk but my fireplace brick and the new door. It was difficult to have him agree to removing the door and refunding me the cost of the door and he was going to remove the paint on the brick and cover the cost . He finally agreed to those terms scheduled a date for him to do the work. HE NEVER SHOWED UP , CALLED or RETURNED THE REFUND. I have tried numerous times to reach this company with no luck. This was extremely unprofessional.

Nick's bid allocated 4 days to complete the job, his crew got it done in 3 days to our satisfaction, with his man staying late in the day on a Sunday to get it done. The quality of the work was to our standards, and we were impressed with the thoroughness of his crew (they vacuumed all the dusty footprints from our condo building hallway before they left). Nick was easy to communicate with and came by to inspect the final work and get our approval before accepting final payment. We agreed on a price and I'd buy the stain and they apply. After delays and excuses I was annoyed but patient as the owner told me he'll make sure everything is to my liking. It took over 2 weeks to complete the job (it took 2 days last time I had someone stain) I don't mind a project taking time but I want the work to be professional. After they completed the work I was unhappy. It's streaky, uneven and they applied so much stain the deck is sticky to walk on. Paint drippings on concrete floor and vinyl siding- and while cleaning the house siding they stripped off the color by using a chemical not meant for paint removal. How does a professional not know that is going to happen? Even with those mistakes, I was willing to work with the owner. Please fix the work or refund part of the money because I will need to have the decks redone. The owner told me he was going to stop by to look at the work but canceled once and then the second time was a no show. He then never returned my email asking again to fix the work. I gave them many chances to fix the situation. Ultimately I blame myself as I should of seen their delays and reschedules as the first sign of unprofessionalism. Lesson learned.
