He just had hoped to finish the job and combine some trips in the same area. But because of Ron's great attitude and personality he is making another trip!. Thanks Ron for being so thorough and pleasant through this job. After deciding it was nothing we could resolve ourselves - no magic button to be found - decided it was time to find a pro. Located 4 businesses in the area. One had bad reviews, one had good reviews and two had no web presence to speak of. So guess who I called? You got it - the one with the good reviews. I called Flory's around 7p on Wednesday and the next morning around 7a, he returned our call. Arranged with hubby to come and look at the machine that very day. By the time I got home from work, the problem was fixed - new drainage pump installed. Awesome. Even better - had been expecting a huge repair charge. Pleasant surprise - *no* price gouging. Wow. I always feel so lucky when we trip over a good repair person - hard to find, and should be valued. Hubby was happy with his experience too. Yay for the internet. Yay for Flory's Appliance. One note - I was finding two numbers for this business. One rang busy and the other seems to go thru to a cell phone/answering machine. While replacing the pump, he also gave me several useful pointers as to how to use my washer and dryer more efficiently. From a cost perspective, he was the most reasonable estimate and a few years later, the machine is still working great! By 945 I hadn't heard anything and called to see when about they would be there. The best that I got was before 11 o'clock. Asked if she would call the tech. She was extremely rude but did it. Then she picks back up and tells me he said before 11 o'clock wow. I cancelled the appointment. If I'm getting attitudes before they even show up 9 times Out of ten it's bad news.
