Its the first time I ever used their service dept , and you couldn't pay me to go back!! I gave them 2 mowers to get regular services done, oil change , blade sharpened etc... the usual stuff that needs to be done going into the mowing season. got the first mower back, bill was $109 (not bad) . First time we used it it didn't seem to run right , and the self propelled system didn't work. no problem , took it back in. In the mean time my wife went to pick up the second mower and was hit with a bill for $296 dollars, three dollars less THAN WHAT I PAID FOR IT NEW!!!!! So we went to use the second one the next week, the cover shield wasn't screwed back on, and it spit oil all over the frame!!! Took that one back in!! after them having them for several weeks I called to see the progress, that's when I talked to Nevin. he said that the second one didn't have the engine connected to the frame!!! it was gonna be another $250 dollars to get it running!!! after I explained that I wasn't paying another 250! I told him I used it one time!!! he began questioning basically accusing me of lying....his comment was"so you are telling me you cut grass one time in the last month, I find that hard to believe!!" I explained to him the mowers were for rental properties and that I was paying a service to cut the grass!!! he said at that point that he would get back to me. after several days of not hearing from him I called there, he proceeded to tell me that he had parts ordered, and although he 'DIDN"T think it was the right thing to do, he wouldn't charge me!!' WHAT!!! after two days of him having the mower he called me back saying that we "had a problem!!" The mowers engine was shot, and they don't make parts for the one that the self propelled wasn't working! couldn't repair it!! I asked what he suggested and he said he would give me a discount on a new mower!! I asked him if I could get the $405 dollars I paid him for the mowers I used ONCE each after he had them, his response was "I cant afford to do that!!! the I asked why he expected me to be out $405 dollars for two mowers I paid him to FIX, and now are non functional?? After getting my one mower back that that the self propel system wasn t working I called another repair service and they assured me that ,YES they do make parts to fix that system!!! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!! Buyer beware!!

They also had the audacity to try and charge me for the installation after 9 months. Low and behold there was an issue with the fuel pump that he installed and was leaking. I notified them that I got half a lap around the yard before it shut off and is leaking from the new part he added. He continued to give me the run around about getting someone to come look at it. I had to pay another mechanic to come fix it properly because I was done dealing with them.

Brian Nolt, owner of Creative Touch, called us back the same day. He is extremely professional, experienced, and talented. He consistently returned our calls and emails in a very timely manner and was extremely patient while we made decisions about the scope of work, material choices, etc. In addition, Brian was a wealth of knowledge about different options for us to consider and made excellent recommendations. Our backyard was basically unusable because of a steep slope. Brian listened to our vision, pointed out potential issues, and we were thrilled with his final plan. We started working with him February 2021 - it took us a few months to finalize decisions, and Brian and his crew began the project in June 2021. The crew always showed up on time and worked extremely hard for a month to finish a bulk of the work. They paid extreme attention to detail and cleaned up the site every evening before they left. Nate, the project manager, was very willing to talk with us every day about the progress. We are ecstatic with the finished patio, retaining walls, walkways, fire pit, and man made rock and boulder steps.We now have an extremely beautiful and useable backyard oasis that we are enjoying tremendously. Brian and his crew also spread close to 70 cubic yards of mulch on the part of the slope were aren't able to mow. We purchased a swim spa and had to wait a year for it to be delivered. There were huge challenges with the spa itself but absolutely none with the installation Creative Touch performed. Unfortunately, the inferior swim spa company left us with a major issue during one of the coldest nights in January. We were overwhelmed and unsure of how to proceed. We called Brian and he immediately came over and helped us fix the issue. He was absolutely instrumental in helping us avoid having the entire spa and system freeze. We are forever grateful for his help. The overall look of our backyard is breathtaking and dramatic - our friends and family were in awe when they first saw our new space, especially since they remembered how unusable it used to be. We will enjoy our new space for years and years to come. Creative Touch may not be the cheapest, but you really do get what you pay for, and we definitely got a top notch product from Creative Touch.

I bought a new drive belt from them but that did not fix it because the belt was still loose. They came and picked up the mower letting me know ahead of time how much pickup and delivery would be. It was actually done and delivered the next day. When it was dropped off I was given a very detailed account of everything they did, lots of nuts and bolts missing or sheared, oil change etc. The bill was extremely reasonable. They have fantastic "old fashioned" Service yet fully up to date knowledge.
