I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. We had to reach out to JAMAC to ask if/when to expect the service to be done. It took a day or 2 to get a reply and as a result, the tech was assigned to arrive. We got a call from a very friendly person the day Mark was to arrive with an ETA. Mark arrived in the time frame given and appeared to be thorough with his inspection and maintenance. Overall, we have been very pleased and grateful to have the generator and JAMAC available to keep it in good working order.

Buyer beware! Initially, I would have given Power Watch Systems (PWS) a 5-star rating for the…read moreinstallation of my Generac generator 3.5 years ago. The installation team was excellent, and I even referred them to others, earning a $50 coupon for my referrals. However, since October 2022, I've experienced recurring "overcrank" issues with the generator after its weekly exercise. PWS responded promptly each time, but the problem persisted, occurring five times in two years. I was charged $300 for two of those visits without a resolution. Eventually, they identified the outside regulator as the issue and quoted $898 for the replacement. I had to request a breakdown into Parts and Labor. The breakdown was $400 for a master plumber, $349 for the regulator (NGR02 1"NPT Orange Spring 2-7"WC 1/2" Orfice) , and $149 for someone to turn it on. I inquired on how long it would take to replace the regulator and I received a written response that "they wouldn't know until they got out to do the job" which led me to believe the $400 labor was an estimate. Despite my request for an adjustment after the plumber took only 30 minutes to replace the regulator, PWS insisted the quote was a flat rate, stating I had agreed to it and should be grateful for all of their "great service". When I researched the regulator's cost, I found it much lower than quoted. My complaints were met with accusations of ingratitude. I tried to speak to the owner but he refused. They did try to appease me with a lower cost which I paid but still paid too much and took a lot of verbal abuse. I won't use or recommend PWS anymore and have found another local dealer. I advise shopping around should you use Power Watch Systems for any repairs. For some reason this Yelp says I am from San Francisco but I am from Eagleville, PA

Basically, an entire zone wasn't getting any heat and the pump was running hot. Karalis' guy charged me a $135 diagnostic fee to tell me that either the system was air bound, or the pump was bad. I could've diagnosed that myself. He promised to get me an estimate on making changes to the system so that the problem would be resolved. After a few few weeks of not hearing from them, I called and got the owner on the phone. He said that they were looking into it and that they would get back to me with an estimate for the work. It is now been three months. Radio silence. I'm not impressed, I won't use them, and I recommend you don't either.

Moving forward they also recommended a preventive maintenance service to keep the new compressor and other parts of the unit healthy and running strong. Hill from there. Over the course of 6 weeks now (yes I still do not have my mower back) I've been given Wrong information on top of false promises of a follow up calls. After 3 initial calls of diagnoses, false time lines and an overall lack of communication spanning over a month... I called in yet again. To be told the mower was mis-diagnosed from the beginning and now they had to order different parts and were "still working on it" upon this call, which was now 6 weeks in. I got no apology, no sense or remorse or effort to prioritize this now in any capacity.... Until I completely called him out for all of this. 6 weeks total. 4+ phone calls almost all of which has been lies or false information with a complete lack of follow up or apology. So then I ask what's the time frame to resolve this. "Well depends on when the part comes in" When will the part be in "Well I don't really know hopefully this week" It's 2024 guys. We have tracking and you order these parts for mowers on a regular basis. You should know a time frame / estimate. So now. I wait. In a response for when parts come in. Not knowing what's actually being done, what I'm expected to pay or when it'll be done. Needless to say. 100000% will never come here again and you shouldn't either.
