Very disappointed in writing this poor review. I bought all of my appliances when I moved into my…read morehouse a couple years ago. In less than 5 years my fridge is not working properly. My ice machine stopped working and I had issues with my water getting warm. I had a reliable appliance company take a look at my fridge and the motor blade was off the shaft. The person that looked at it told me if I didn't have anyone look or do anything to the fridge since it was installed that it was installed incorrectly. He also told me I should start budgeting for a new fridge within the year because the compressor was not cooling down enough. I discussed this with the manager Jeffery Reese via a call and then text. He was very dismissive and rude when discussing this matter with him. I was very displeased with how he handled this situation and I will not be going to Longeneckers again for any appliances and would consider getting appliances elsewhere as they don't install properly and the manager will not listen and be condescending.
