I was advised to find a vet who would sedate him and then groom him. I found Little Luxe when I was browsing on Instagram and Nicole offered to try her best with Ewok and also groom his dad Chewie. She had no issues with the pups and since she also fosters pups we now have a third dog out of a litter she cared for. We absolutely love love love Little Luxe Grooming. The cost for the service is very reasonable when compared to others. The self wash offers the best self wash experience I've had by a mile. It's not always a perfect experience. Sometimes they are super busy and getting checked in and out can be cumbersome. They would benefit from a larger lobby for sure. I also have found that groomers come and go a lot but that's true at many places. I wish they were closer but that's my biggest complaint.

The wound is still pretty fresh and sensitive to touch. Called to ask what happened but they just straight up claimed it didn't happen at their place, no apology or anything. I would have taken an apology, but they just brought out this "it's-your-words-against-mine-what-can-you-do" attitude. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: For full context, we dropped our dog at 9:00AM at the place and picked her up at 3:30PM, for a total of 6.5 hours. The owner is claiming that the wound does not look "fresh" enough to be caused by them. With a 6.5 hour window, I am not sure how "fresh" the wound have to be in order for the owner to start taking responsibilities. I know for a fact this happened at the business.
