The cost for the service is very reasonable when compared to others. The self wash offers the best self wash experience I've had by a mile. It's not always a perfect experience. Sometimes they are super busy and getting checked in and out can be cumbersome. They would benefit from a larger lobby for sure. I also have found that groomers come and go a lot but that's true at many places. I wish they were closer but that's my biggest complaint.

In addition, when I picked him up, they just let him out of the backroom to roam, I had to ask where his collar and leash were, then she couldn't get the collar on, so I stepped in and put on his buckle collar. He was visibly stressed and overwhelmed. I asked if anyone had taken him out in the 3 hrs, no one knew. So I ran him out, he did both businesses. I went back in and asked another question while I paid about the service, again no one knew who did what. Cut wasn't too bad. Not the worst, not the best.
