They also have a community supply cupboard right outside the entrance that is stocked with pet essentials for owners who need help with resources (this is stocked mostly by community members and the store helps supplement it). It is a smaller sized store so when they have sale days it can get pretty crowded, but it's still worth a stop by for a beautifully frosted cookie or donut for your dog friend! read more

Love this place. They had some cool things that others do not have. They also have a lot of items that other places like MudBay have. I left with $75 worth of items, including duck feet (my dog loves chicken feet) and he wasn't disappointed. Some of the bones are pretty expensive, but they have an interesting and different array of "bulk" bones and other items. They have cow ears with hair on them . Idk who those are for, but def not my dog. The staff might be a bit intense - can I help x 12 I'll definitely stop by again to check out their diverse collection of bulk bones, tendons and other parts. Upon checking out they gave me a free sample which was a small package of beef organs - a major hit with my dog. The sample is pretty big too! read more

As soon as you pull up to Paddywack you automatically start singing the song. When I walked in there I felt so welcomed compared to other local pet stores that I have experienced. My dog Charlie accidentally got her paw hit by the door when I was opening it. I was upset because I hurt her paw, and Zak came straight over asked if he could give her a treat. I honestly have to say that this store was awesome. I asked the store manager Elise if I could come in with Charlie so she can improve her socialization skills. From friendly staff, safe environment and the best products, support this local business Products are all lovely- I bought my lil fur baby a few things: a bakery treat that looked like a squirrel, a tough chew squeak toy, and some squeezee peanut butter snack. Shop as well curated with lots of bakery items/treats for your dog and cats too, top brands for dog food and lots of awesome traits from both big brands and locally sourced. I am also a sticker collector and they have some stickers by the register from local artists including feminist artwork and trans rights support. So cool! Service: Super fur-iendly staff all around! One member helped me to pick out the toy to get my pup and gave me recommendations based on her style of play (plays pretty rough with toys heh). My dog really loves playing with it! This review is painfully overdue. My family moved to the Mill Creek area in 2009, and the very first shop that my realtor recommended to me was Paddywack. Being a lifetime dog lover and owner, I was super excited to hear that there was a cool store like this in town. There's MANY things I love about Paddywack, but the very first thing on my list is that it's locally owned and operated, and the owners have a clear passion for the work that they do. Our usual purchase is from what we lovingly call the smorgasbord, which in reality is a bulk section of treats, antlers, fish skins, junkyard bones, pig ears, trachea chews, and so, so much more. I recently popped in and had the pleasure of talking with Shane, and explained to her the problem I've had with my lab's itchy skin. She went to great lengths talking to me about the issue, recommended me to specialist, offered treats that are well tolerated, and all of her recommendations were spot on. Paddywack also has a very diverse and fun selection of collars, leashes, and toys. We've purchased all of those items from them at some point. However, this week, I issued an SOS to my community Facebook page about needing ideas for my Labrador. We had the Gentle Leader and it worked, but he hated it. Shane just happened to see my post and recommended this Wonder Walker that she has in store but also uses for her own dog. It was absolutely no pressure; just "we have it if you want to try it". I sent her Dozer's measurement. So, today, we swung by and picked it up along with our existing order. I'm impressed! Not only did she know exactly what I was looking for, she picked the perfect harness to suit our needs. When we picked up our order, the cashier wished our pup a happy birthday (it's this week), and the receipt also said, "Happy birthday, Dozer!". The harness fit perfectly, and Dozer is proud to prance around in it. You will never get that kind of love from Petsmart. My experience with Paddywack today just reinforced the importance for my family to shop locally ALL of the time. Please support this wonderful business. What a beautiful, warm place!! Came here because I decided to shop local and I'm so glad I found Paddywack. Staff were super nice and friendly, and never made me feel like they were just trying to make a sale. They also sell the cutest stickers ever, and have a little clearance section. Paddy wack has always shown great customer service and has a great selection. This year has been really hard for my boyfriend and I and today we just ran out of cat food. We were stress and looking at much cheaper options for our kitty. When walking by here, they had a food pantry that had this very good quality food brand. We almost cried since we felt like it was just meant to be. Our kitty can enjoy good quality food! It's amazing that Paddywack and a local Girl Scouts troop can help our community. We have been going to Paddywack since they opened. I lived in Mill Creek at the time but no longer do. Yet, I still drive to Paddywack to get my dogs food and what not. Amazing customer service is why. Their staff (and owners) know everything about each product in their store. They have spent hours and hours finding new food for either a picky eater in my spaniel squad or when one of my dogs needs a specific diet due to health issues. In addition to food and treats they have the best leashes and harnesses as well as a huge variety of fun toys. In addition to being a great store the owners are just wonderful. Each year they host fundraisers for Old Dog Haven. As an Old Dog Haven foster we greatly appreciate that. They also help out many other pet rescue organizations. They created an Angel program during this COVID period for those who were having a hard time financially but still wanted their pets to have high quality food. And speaking of COVID, I really appreciated that they followed the mask and distancing guidelines to keep both their staff and their customers safe. I have seen them take some grief for this and I find that incredibly sad that they are just looking out for their staff and community. read more

I am so impressed with Paddywack's customer service. We started purchasing our pup's food from here because we don't live too far from the store. We use the brand Stella & Chewy, small breed, grain free raw kibbles. It comes with the freeze dried raw toppings which our pup loves. Our picky Bichon wouldn't eat his kibbles without the toppings. To our disappointment, the last two bags received didn't have the toppings included. The Paddywack team has been going above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this store to anyone! This is my most favorite place to get my puppy anything! From food to toys to treats you name it. When my puppy was a couple months old I wanted the best for him and had ALOT of questions. Although I did a lot of research about food I still had a lot of questions. These guys were nice enough to give me samples and help me with any questions I had. I trust anything in the store because it's mostly all natural and does not have fillers, chemicals ECT. Everyone in the store is so friendly and remembers me. I love buying my dog From kibbles, topping it with the raw food in the fridge section and doing a pump of fish oil. My dog goes nuts whenever he sees the red bag from Paddy Wack. This store has come a long way since the first time I entered it as a child. Just recently, I stopped in to pick up some dog treats and a toy for a family member's dog. Usually, I frequent a larger chain dog store but the last time I went there, their selection for the specific brand of dog toy was unimpressive to say the least. The dog this toy was intended for is...special. He's a total destroyer with ANY toy brand except this one and I can't keep buying him the same toy. Paddywack had a HUGE selection from this toy brand and I was able to get him a friend to go with his previous favorite toy stingray. The store was reasonably priced, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they even gave me some other recommendations for treats for our puppo. Highly recommend. This is definitely one of the better pet stores in the area and I am being completely honest when I say that the only reason I don't visit more often is because they have too many goodies to tempt me. When I do stop by my dog is always extra spoiled. While they have an excellent toy selection, I was very happy to see that they also stock a lot of enrichment feeders and puzzles to keep your dog amused! There's also a decent little chew and treat bar to keep their mouth appropriately busy too. They have a nice selection of gear and some really cool collars, harnesses, leashes, and coats. I was really happy to see they had a broad range of sizes too! It was much better to be able to try things on in the store instead of ordering a coat online for my dog and crossing my fingers that the measurements were accurate. Paddywack was the name of ny first dog! It was my roommate's poodle's birthday today and I was calling around to find a doggy cake and birthday treats. Someone at PetSmart recommended Paddywack in Mill Creek. I am disabled so can't get around. But I called and spoke to Katelyn (sorry if I butchered the sp!) who was super friendly, helpful and patient She described the products available, prices, etc and put together a selection for my roomie's bf to pick up, including a Barkery cake. Yes, it's boutique-y. No, it's not cheap. Yes, it's worth it. When you finally break down and get a pet after many years, the last thing I want to do is feed our newest family member crap food. I really love MudBay but sadly they just don't carry all the products I want so I find myself here at Paddywack frequently. The service here is wonderful, the people who work here are friendly and always offer great advice. The store is cute and clean and even has a bakery case near the register with fresh baked goods for your cutie. We are fans of the Orijen brand and Stella & Chewey's freeze dried food for our puppy and he loves it. Plus the quality is top of the line. Sadly, you just can't find these brands everywhere. Like MudBay, if your pet doesn't like something you buy, you can always bring it back too which is nice. Okay I admit, I've visited this location twice since my first review... The only reason I did in fact visit again, was because I was written a personal email apologizing for the poor service I received my first visit. Pretty big in my book. The owner definitley takes pride in the shop and cares about it's customers. The second time around I was plesently surprised. Customer service seemed to be one of Paddywacks stronger points verses my first visit. Although an employee I encountered before in the first visit was working, they seemed to at least try. The cashier made the experience a whole lot better... She suggestive sold us a cute dog ID tag and some other items that we love. Also got us on board with a store program to recieve some type of awards for the money spent. The third visit was the best. Great shopping experience and customer service. Great job Paddywack!
