The price wasn't bad, pretty on par for the course, and it seemed to go through all the necessary steps but while it erased the most obvious dirt it didn't really clean my car. Afterwards I pulled off to the side where the vacuums were and used their available microcloth to wipe down the car. The cloth quickly turned black from the dirt it picked up. My car looked better, but I am uncertain if it was worth the money and time.

I was very disappointed with the service I received for window tinting. I initially did not want to write a review as I also am a small business owner and recognize the impact negative reviews may have on local businesses, however, after discovering more damage to my car I felt the need to warn others about the window tinting services. I requested standard window tinting on my brand new 2025 vehicle I purchased 7/3/24. My initial appointment was on 7/26/24 and I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00am. Just before 6:00pm the technician contacted me and asked if I could bring back my vehicle in again another time in order to complete the back window during a second visit as they ran out of tint after trying a few times to place the tint on the back window. I travelled from Spokane for this service, but agreed and went to pick up my vehicle. Upon getting it home I saw there were several spots the tint was applied very poorly, and it was almost a mirrored tint rather than just a dark tint. I immediately texted the technician my concerns, and then stated I would just like to have the tint removed all together. The technician stated the shop could address the concerns on my next appointment which was scheduled for 8/9/24. A few days after my initial appt on 7/26/24 I noticed one of my back port windows had scratches ALL the way around the window that looked like someone was tracing the size of the tint to cut out. On 8/9/24 I again travelled from Spokane and the technician asked about my concerns. I told him I did not feel the tint was done in an acceptable way. He stated that was why they wanted me to come back in to "fix" the feathering or something. I told him that I also noticed there were scratch marks around an entire window and I'd just like the tint removed. The technicians tone immediately changed to more snippy after I brought up the scratches and he said he was sorry I did not like it and they'd take the tint off. No refund was offered at all. They took the tint off, and that all went fine. Now, on the date I am writing this review, 8/15/24, I notice that there are also scratch marks all around my entire back window as well. I am very upset that I have had this brand new vehicle for just barely over a month and now I am left with scratched windows, no tint, and wasted money.

I wish I had before and after shots, because it was night and day! The van came out looking brand new!! It felt nice to go on our road trip looking fresh. A few weeks later, we took our car (black color) in and it also came out looking fantastic! When I got home, I noticed the driver's side mirror was jacked up though (not just out of alignment). I took it apart and realized that the mechanism is just old (2002 model year) and clearly worn out. If I didn't disassemble the part, I could have easily thought it was clumsily damaged during the cleaning process. (This is a reminder that it this kind of stuff happens to older vehicles and it could have happened to anyone who was cleaning) It's also nice supporting a local small business instead of a faceless franchise. The owners are genuine and very personable.
