We were already 2.5 hours behind from sitting in the pass due to a jackknifed truck stopping traffic. We were tired and the weather conditions were typical & crummy. I'd just had my car serviced for this trip & felt very prepared, however my "Check Tire" warning light came on after all the other frustrations we'd endured up to this point. We finally had to fill up for gas in Moses Lake and I planned to check my tires at the gas station. Pulled up to the air pump in deep snow, my gloves stained, my patience thinning, my fatigue increasing I imagined myself at this point clumsily fumbling through this process & ending up in a meltdown. ‍ I wondered... is there perhaps a Les Schwab in town who could check my tires? Thank you YELP! There is!! Drive up, and they look super busy. So I walk in & immediately a female employee cheerfully approaches the counter to ask how she can help me. I explained and asked if they might have time for me to pull around and have someone check my tires, and she said, of course! Relieved, I got back in the car and pulled down to one of their bays where someone was there to meet me. Super friendly and happy to help, the gentleman checked all my tires, and everything was good to go. Knowing that my car is a Honda CRV, and the warning light has to be manually turned off, he asked if I knew how to do that because it's tricky. I told him I couldn't remember, and not to worry about it. They've already been so helpful to me! He told me it was absolutely no trouble, and that he was happy to help. Unfortunately, it was even more tricky than he remembered, and he insisted upon getting a coworker to come fix it. These guys could not have been more friendly, competent, & happy to help, and it improved the quality of my trip so dramatically, solved my problem, and just made me so happy to be a repeat customer at Les Schwab. It's fantastic to know that I could go to a different Les Schwab and get the same great service, especially at a time when I was feeling concerned about the performance of my tires and stressed during my trip. We arrived at our destination, safely and have had zero problems with our tires since!! A+ job, Les Schwab!!

Bought a car off of them back in 2022 a 2015 Kia forte that was worth at most 10,000 and they sold it for 20,000. They also did not disclose anything that the car had wrong with it including the fact that this car hadn't had an oil change in who knows how long!!! The car turned off twice after purchasing it! HAD THAT HAPPENED IN THE HIGHWAY WE WOULD HAVE DIED! THEY AREN'T WILLING TO OWN UP TO THAT! In addition to that the car had already 133,000 mileage which is high and it isn't worth as much as they sold this car for!!!

My boyfriend and I were traveling from San Diego in our van on a huge road trip and started to experience issues once in Washington. When we got to Moses lake we tried a couple different places to help us. We didn't have an experience with anyone else close to the one we had with them. From the second I walked in the door Aaron started taking care of us as if we were family. He first gave us suggestions to try on our own before throwing money at it. Once we came to the conclusion that we couldn't do it on our own we went back to them, they went above and beyond to help us. Gavin who did the majority of the work was amazing. He took his time making sure everything was right and explained to us what he was doing so we could fully understand the issue with the car. After spending most of our day there we were able to leave with the car fixed and a price that definitely didn't amount to the work they put in. I highly recommend going to them for any of your car needs. They make me wish I lived here just so I would be able to use them for all my car needs. It is very hard to find people in this industry that treat you like they treated us. We were going home from Montana in our motorhome. We stopped in Moses Lake to get pizza when l…read morenoticed anti freeze leaking onto the ground. I spotted a large leak on the right rear side of the radiator. We had to stay overnight. The next morning l called Jenkins Family Auto Barn & drove our motorhome to have them take a look. They found an additional leak in the radiator. We had to put the motorhome in a storage facility down the street from them & get a rental car home. They spent a week trying to get a replacement radiator only to find out it had been discontinued. With the help of a radiator shop, an new one was built. They were very good about keeping me updated on the progress they were making & trust me, this was a monumental task they had on their hands. Our motorhome is 31 years old. After running our motorhome & test driving it, we picked it back up & drove it for 4 hours back home. It worked flawlessly. Great job Jenkins Family Auto Barn. They love it there and the family loves them big time. We meet in Moses Lake which is a 3 hour drive for me. My jeep was doing great till we literally hit the Moses Lake exit. I limped into McDonalds and exchanged the kiddos safely. There was a Les Schwab in the same parking lot. I went in and asked for help. They took all my wheels off. Found that a bolt broke off my break caliber and was hanging off. Went over to the Lowe's to get the bolt and washer. Fixed it. When I asked how much. They said no charge.
