Working with their designer, Kelsey, was so easy -- she was able to quickly & precisely modify drawings, provide additional details, and work with other trades (e.g. plumber & electrician that needed exact measurements). The installation team, Aaron & Mike, were top-notch: they showed up on time, were great guys to be with, and best of all are really master woodworkers. The painting team, led by John, were amazing with the quality of caulking and painting being second to none (to my surprise the cabinets were installed as bare wood, and then caulked, finished and painted in place; however, the taping, masking, screening, etc. for over-spray were excellent with zero problems). And at the end of each day, Peter would send an email with photos of the work-in-process, outlining the day's accomplishments and work schedule for the next day. Really remarkable customer service and attention to detail. We looked at many alternatives for kitchen cabinets -- from do it yourself to completely outsourced. Pacific Northwest was the best value we found, and certainly the best to work with. I can honestly say Peter and his team are one of the best businesses I've had the pleasure of ever working with!

Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.

One of them was damaged(I wouldn't have noticed). They installed it, ordered another window, and replaced the damaged one when the new one arrived at no charge to me. I love the windows. I discovered RCC while driving one day and contacted them for an estimate for new kitchen cabinets…read more Cassy Gibson came to my home and took measurements, we talked about options and she made suggestions. I went to their showroom and picked out the wood and finish I wanted. It took about 5 weeks for the wood to arrive, they custom make everything to your order. They were very, very busy at the time (summer of 2020), and while the demo work was handled great, they had so much work they farmed out the install. Those guys, not RCC employees, left a huge mess. John himself (the owner) came out the next day and made sure it was cleaned up properly. Came up with a unique and great solution to the not unusual problem with cabinets that do not exactly fit the footprint of what was removed. In December I re-hired them to configure cabinets of the same material for 2 of my bathrooms. As a returning customer, I was treated like an old friend. This time, demo and install were all done in one morning by the same 2 guys who did the demo in my kitchen. Very professional, personable and efficient. I read the other review posted here and had a totally different experience. I would suggest you give RCC a call and see what they can do for you.

She waxes the drawers, added a new backing, fixed the loose joints, and even found new hardware that perfectly matched the desk. I was nervous about stripping down the finish, but the result looked like someone had renewed the finish of the old desk and gave it a new sheen. I was lucky to find her, and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to entrust a vintage piece to an expert.
