I am a School Counselor at the highest poverty, elementary school in Gresham. We are a very busy, high-needs school. I love my job but have been struggling organizationally with it as I have been working in a small room with piles of office supplies, therapeutic tools, paperwork, clothes, shoes and games stacked high. It was a chaotic environment where I could never find anything when I needed it, and kids were always tripping over things. It was stressful and I often found myself dreaming about "if only I had shelves....." Then Kitchen Concepts came into my world. Dave heard my plea of desperation. He came out to my place of work and saw the need. He measured and designed a beautiful plan that included many shelves, drawers, two desks and all the storage I need to succeed. And the best news? He told me he wanted to donate all the materials and the labor. This undoubtedly would have costs thousands of dollars but he decided to donate everything as he saw the real need of a local school. Dave told me that due to ongoing projects, he and his right-hand man John may not be able to complete all the finishes, minor details and fine-tuning of this project due to time constrictions. I totally understood. John and Dave (two of the kindest and most genuine guys you will ever meet) came down to my school to install the cabinets and literally didn't take a single break. They worked like crazy for HOURS and did every every sort of finish, minor detail, fine-tuning and touch-up possible. The outcome was (and is) absolutely stunning. Immediately the quality of my work with kiddos has improved due to the beautiful welcoming space, the ability to find things when I need them and a calming feeling for students as opposed to a chaotic one. I highly suggest this wonderful family-owned business to anyone and everyone out there. They care about our community, give to our kids, work hard, are generous, kind and create a beautiful product! Denis and his team take great pride in their work and it shows. From the start, Precise Home Renovations kept great contact with me (I hired them before I even moved) to make sure I knew that they were there to help. They came out and took very precise measurements a few times, worked around our schedule and solved my sunken floor problem like absolute experts. You can tell that they take great pride in making your home beautiful. It makes a huge difference to hire someone who will give you a fair price and put in the hard work, and they were very transparent with all of that. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. My only complaint is that they don't do MORE than just floors so that I could hire them for everything!

I had 2 other contractors come and look at it and was told it was poor product they used and needs to be sealed or it will continue to fall apart as holes are already beginning to form. It cost me over $ 6,000.00 Porter said he would seal it but refused to even give me a discount even when i told him he should do it at no cost to me because its failing ....he is not standing behind his work as was promised and was rude to me on the phone to the point I had to end the conversation, then he continued to call me and text me only to rant about how wrong I was and he was not at fault. Our large complex deck project went very smoothly because Duane carefully coordinated every step and always kept us informed. He first did a nice…read morecounter/desk in our kitchen to make a great working area for my wife to do her kitchen projects/cooking, etc... Then he built a covered patio and outdoor kitchen. Complete with Viiking grill, sink, gas heaters, cedar ceilings, sounds system, custom stainless steel cabinet with doors, and lighting. He was able to match the brick from the front of the house with a brick wall for the grill area and brick pillars that looked like they were built at the same time we had the house built for us in 2001. The neighbors are all jealous and want the same things done too. If you want a guy who know his stuff, call DSC Design. We will be using him in the near future for remodeling our bathroom too.
