Absolutely horrible way to run a practice. I will be going back to my old dentist and I strongly encourage you to think twice before making this dentist your dentist. I came in for a cleaning and to get new retainers on October 14th. They were able to also do X-rays. First off they charged me for the X-rays without first explaining that my insurance would not cover the X-rays. Then, they said I had a cavity but were not sure how bad it was and would need to see the X-rays from my old dentist. I got the X-rays sent from my old dentist and called every single day since they had scared me by saying the cavity might be "growing" and "might be really bad." However every time I called I either got voicemail or got Karen who would always say oh the doctor is not here but I will give him your message. Finally they called back weeks later on Oct 25 with some cryptic voicemail. At my appointment on Oct 28 all of a sudden he says I have a cavity in the 2nd layer and that I need to get it fixed ASAP to avoid a root canal. If something is that urgent why wait a full 2 weeks to tell me?!?! I am so unhappy with how much of my time has been wasted trying to get ahold of this dentist and I don't like the way he treats people. I will be going back to my old dentist and I strongly encourage you to think twice before making this dentist your dentist. I get checkups every 6 months and take fantastic care of my teeth, I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden I have a cavity so bad that is is almost a root canal. Probably they just want money to pay for their overly fancy office equipment. Completely unethical! Now I have to miss work to go see my other dentist this Wednesday. read more

I went here after my previous dentist closed their office. Their staff was super condescending to me. The tech asked me if anyone had ever taught me how to brush my teeth. They took "fancy 3d special xrays" and everything looked fine.... (I've had 2 surface cavities ever my entire life). Then they tried to sell me on this special extra fancy coating... and I said no thanks.... and then magically the dentist said I had 4 cavities and offered the special extra fancy coating for free.... and wanted to put the schedule to drill..... I said I'd like a second opinion and left. I got that second opinion. I told the new dentist nothing. I have 0 cavities. Beware of fancy offices just trying to mine your mouth. These people are awful. Stay away. read more

Wonderful dental office, professionally run, with a caring staff. I've been with them more than a year and they have repeatedly gone above and beyond in their care. In my most recent visit, I was under a time crunch and the staff graciously worked quickly to get my dental work done quickly and me out the door. Highly recommended. read more
