But today I had the best experience with Big A. They didn't take advantage of me being a woman, they fixed only what I needed and tried to keep the price down. My total bill was 1/4 of what I was expecting it to be: My car has never ran better and they have made me a customer for life. I was quoted a price for the job and when it was supposedly done, the price went up another $1,400.00 and then they sent it to another company in Nitro to fix what THEY COULDN'T. Almost a year later, I eventually had to go pick up the truck and it was an additional $2,800.00, they finished the job that Big-A couldn't. Expensive lesson but I wouldn't take my vehicle there for as little as an oil change! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
