Phoenix Security is a family owned, local business, they have a national reach, but truly have roots in the Delco and Tri-State area. The owner is amazing, the office staff has always been helpful, and the installers were quick, clean and efficient. I cannot say enough great things about Phoenix. They secure my home, my vacation home and business. Unlike larger national companies, you're not renting equipment or paying weird random fees. The pricing is clear and I was informed you can build off the systems as you go. It's really something that can grow with you.

Rather they provided a generic quote which not only provided for additional services and supplies that were not necessary for what I requested and the details already provided. I further clarified my request in that it should take no more than a 1/2 to mount the TV mount to the wall (which is all I needed and was described when I asked for the original quote). When I asked for an actual estimate for what I requested (I didn't ask for a discount for the rate quoted for what they consider to be their basic service), I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. And I don't need anonymity from Yelp. I'd say this directly to the owner.

Ricardo is not only an expert who will gladly help and repair your PC, but he's also fair, communicative, and exceptionally skilled. In addition, my PC was repaired and ready to be picked up within a day of leaving it in Ricardo's hands. When my PC wouldn't turn on -- which I believed to be a power supply issue -- I first took it to Best Buy for a diagnosis. However, they could not have been less helpful; they wouldn't even attempt to identify the problem. In contrast, when I reached out to Ricardo, he very nobly offered free advice on the safest and most cost-effective steps to diagnose and fix my PC in an effort to save me money. At the same time, he reassured me that he'd be happy to handle the repair himself if that was my preference. I can confidently say there's nowhere else I'd rather go for my computer services and repairs. I would be remiss not to mention the care and thoroughness he brings to every step of the process.
