We signed a contract with this company on March 1st, 2026 and were told our windows would be ready…read moreand installed by the middle of May well that never happened so after several ignored calls we finally received a call they would be installed July 3rd yes 17 weeks later but that never happened no phone call no explanation why just never showed up so I called the company on Monday and was told they ran into issues on Friday and they put us back on the schedule for the 30th when I told them absolutely not that was totally unacceptable and I wanted a refund she said ok what about Thursday I told her that was there last chance to show up and I would do I needed to do they did show up installed windows and I will say the installer Jessie Jr and his helper went above and beyond and did an amazing job and this company should never get rid of him because there are not many workers like him him so for that I thank him and he deserves 5 stars

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring this company for lawn mowing, snowplowing and fixing up…read moremy landscaping beds. I was very disappointed in their quality of work and professionalism. In my opinion it was a very bad experience. They were supposed to trim all my bushes and trees. They forgot to trim several of them and the others were done haphazardly. They ripped out flowers that were perennials because they thought they were weeds. Many areas were missing weed barrier, even though it was in the contract. The company admitted that the job needed more mulch, but because they underbid the job and was losing money, they would not provide any more mulch. They also admitted that their workers were new and not properly trained. In my opinion they harassed us for more money because they could not estimate the job properly. The owner continously told us of a toll bill for $1800 he owed to gain our sympathy. The owner assured us that he had arborists working for him but this statement appears to be false looking at the completed project. For snowplowing, they had to be constantly called and asked when they were coming out. The company provided an expired certificate of insurance to trick me into signing a contract. They tried to tell me that a car insurance certificate would be just as good. I have a copy of the car insurance certificate the company gave me. This company has had numerous people complain about their snowplowing service, but they delete all of their negative comments and 1 star reviews off of their social media pages. This company was hired by my elderly neighbor to cut her grass. She is 90 years old and has a hard time seeing and hearing. She paid them a lot of money. They rarely show up to cut her grass. They never even provided her with a receipt for her money or a contract. Her family had to get involved to help her. They refused to bag the grass clippings after they cut my lawn even though the contract stated they would. The grass looked atrocious with all the loose grass on it. The company canceled my contract and wanted to give it to his friend. He was going to pay him a fraction of what I paid him and keep the rest for himself. The pictures submitted with this review is how this company actually left my lawn. When I explained to them that is was unacceptable they proceeded to cancel my grasscutting contract. Most businesses when they get negative reviews they get upset and do everything in their power to have the reviews removed. Instead businesses should look at the negative reviews as a learning tool to improve their business and their employees. People really do not want to put down local businesses but they most certainly do not want to be taken advantage of. House had a water leak issue from the outside due to rain and weather. Charge Construction looked…read moreat the issue, investigated, and worked diligently to resolve the problem. They had to fix a number of issues including dry-rot, lack of insulation, replacing various layers of the exterior around the windows and weather-proofing the house in parts where it was lacking. They came out in a very timely manner to provide a quote. Corvair clearly explains the work he is carrying out and is very knowledgeable at what he does. Their team is hard-working on-site. Upon discovering some further issues, he offered options on how to proceed, some of which involved more work but when he reached those decision points he was very clear and prompt as to what the benefit of the additonal work at the time. I trust the quality and of their work and will keep coming back to Charge Construction. Him and his team do great work and the prices are fair for the quality of service provided. (I didn't post every photo but here are some)

They did a great job for a reasonable price, came to do an estimate, came when they said they would. They did my snow removal this winter and did a great job. I have a corner lot and the street plow often plows snow and slush up on my walk- they came back and replied when needed. There was no damage to my lawn anywhere. They are reliable and do a great job!

Due to their reviews and experience, we went with them... and we could not be happier! The owners supervised and worked our job and they were fast and as detailed as you could possibly hope for!
