After stating if the estimate is outrageous, I am not paying $89. They then said they could come and give free estimate and the technician would be out between 1:00 and 3:00 on set date and would call 1/2 hour prior to coming. The day came and went, no call, no show. Called company and scheduler knew exactly who I was and asked if I received a call. I advised no call was received and she said the technician actually called her and said he had a family emergency and had to leave. She then advised me to find another company because he was the only technician and she has no idea when he's coming back. Absolutely awful.

Every time I have to go down to the showroom just to be told that they are backlogged it will be another two weeks and they will get back to me so the cycle begins over again still no answers to messages and no progress. Update they have actually made arrangements and booked dates . Looks like there is finally light at the end of the tunnel.
