He did not do the work, I was given a lot of excuses, and finally had to reach out to the Alden consumer protection folks. They talked to him, and he stated that I never gave him anything, and claimed he hadn't talked to me since we signed the contract. Don't work with Charlie, he did this to both myself and a good friend of mine. There's court action against him for his theft.

Josh was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was also the only one to point out to me the 2 layers of siding on my home (there was old wood shake under the existing vinyl). I liked everything about the way he did business, so I went with them. The roofing was done in 1 day and the team of 13 guys he had was efficient clean and very pleasant. A Lead showed up for the delivery of the roofing to make sure it was properly placed to protect my driveway. The team that came to do the siding was just as good. They all seemed very happy to be at their jobs and just did a fantastic job. I had all the windows and doors rewrapped and had all new gutters. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
